OneSource Water company is completely unprofessionalWe have tried for months to get a hold of someone, and only got voicemails ( for months!) We tried several different numbers as wellThey were very rude on the phone, kept on cutting me off and not letting me finish what I had to sayThey over charged meI got rid of my account with them and will now be using a different water companyOne that I can actually get a hold of when I have questions or concerns

Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] I believe this has been settled, however, I have been told by this company multiple times that our account has been closed, so I unfortunately can't believe that it is officially closed until I'm sure we are no longer receiving invoices Thank you to Revdex.com, this is the first time since October 24th that this company has started responding to me, so thank you for your help Sincerely, [redacted]

In August of 2011, we signed a three year agreement for one of this company's Pure Water Dispensers in our break room Worked fine until in June 2014, when the rigged connection to our water supply in the ceiling broke loose and flooded part of our office and ceiling We have not used the machine since, and asked that it be picked up I was told the contract ran until August 8, and I responded "fine, pick it up then." It is now January and the machine has not been picked up Each e-mail correspondence is either ignored or finally after some time responded to, with the advisory that I never paid the last month's rent so the contract has continued and I now owe $348+....if I will send a check for that amount, they will pick up the machine I have all my check stubs and invoices showing I have paid all the invoices up through the August 8, 2014, period These people are crooks, have terrible customer service Never do business with them

We have a contract with OneSource waterOf course, we have set rates that we agreed to when we signed the contractSince June every time I get an invoice, it has increased ratesEvery single time I have called OneSource Water and complained about itThey pull up our contract and then tell me to disregard the rate increaseEvery time they promise that this won't happen againI spent hours trying to deal with themI spoke with Sourabh (billing manager) and with Eric S [redacted] (sales manager)NO HELP AT ALLEric S [redacted] actually wanted to "update" our contractSo he sent me a blank lease document with no prices on and wanted me to sign it

On 6/12/I filed a complaint against One Source WaterMy complaint was assigned ID [redacted] On 7/17/the complaint was closed because the business did not respond Today, Monday, July 27, 2015, a representative from One Source Water came and picked up all of their water coolersThis matter has resolved Thank you for your assistance with this matter [redacted] * [redacted] ***

They won't let you cancel your contract unless you have to contact days prior to the dateOtherwise they automatically renew your contract

That is exactly what they do they want to hold you hostage to an agreement made with the prior company not to mention that the agreement was expired in they want to continue renewing it annually and don't care if you let them know 20-days in advance they want it days in advance and MAYBE than they will let you go Well I am getting our attorney involved because this is wrong in every level

The coolers were picked up on 2/2/and the account balance was cleared out. The contract was cancelled. Customer was also notified of this

This cooler was picked up on March 6, and all billing amounts have been brought to zero as of today 4/16. I called the complainant and got voicemail left a message this was taken care of and my phone number if she wanted to speak with me

We picked up the coolers at the customer's location. We also cancelled the contract and stopped the billing. The account balance is and the customer does not owe Onesource Water anything else. Please let us know if there is anything else needed by OSW. Thanks!
