Onesource Water

We have picked up the cooler at all locations for the customer.  The billing has been stopped on all accounts.  We are waiting for the $216.42 payment to close the account out.  This information was sent to Rebecca.  We believe this has been settled.

We have a contract with OneSource water. Of course, we have set rates that we agreed to when we signed the contract. Since June 2016 every time I get an invoice, it has increased rates. Every single time I have called OneSource Water and complained about it. They pull up our contract and then tell me to disregard the rate increase. Every time they promise that this won't happen again. I spent hours trying to deal with them. I spoke with Sourabh (billing manager) and with Eric S[redacted] (sales manager). NO HELP AT ALL. Eric S[redacted] actually wanted to "update" our contract. So he sent me a blank lease document with no prices on and wanted me to sign it.

OneSource Water company is completely unprofessional. We have tried for months to get a hold of someone, and only got voicemails ( for months!) We tried several different numbers as well. They were very rude on the phone, kept on cutting me off and not letting me finish what I had to say. They over charged me. I got rid of my account with them and will now be using a different water company. One that I can actually get a hold of when I have questions or concerns.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]  I believe this has been settled, however, I have been told by this company multiple times that our account has been closed, so I unfortunately can't believe that it is officially closed until I'm sure we are no longer receiving invoices.  Thank you to Revdex.com, this is the first time since October 24th that this company has started responding to me, so thank you for your help.
