Just to let you know I am aware that the process for 203K is days closing rather than the customary day closing…
My reason for this is that I have attempted to patronize (*** *** *** *** *** in Atlanta, GA region:

*** *** has had access to this loan since 06/23/ I have been trying to ‘Close’ on this property since, and it has been a heart-ache to say the least
First, they appraised the home without including the renovations of the home I requested to *** that he re-submit the appraisal to reflect It took them two weeks to re-submit, that was after I requested again that it be done so
I was scheduled to ‘Close’ on this home Aug

I had a wonderful experience working with Bronwyn and Susana of One Trust Home Loans They were very professional and quick to help me with any issue It was nice to have them provide updates to me throughout the entire process Every time line given by Bronwyn or Susana was followed to the TI felt as if I was in good hands with them They were just amazing!

***, and in view of the only option available to me was to resubmit the loan, due to the mortgage lender wouldn't allow me to be refunded due to the non-refund of the contract. My only option to be somewhat compensated is to go about the loan process again, and hope for the best, which is that I am able to 'Close' on the home. In view of the target date to 'Close' on the home is not set in stone, this case will be probably be closed before then so I really don't know if this will be resolved to my satisfaction or not.

My experience with One Trust Home Loans was very good My Loan Officer, Scott ***, was professional, helpful, courteous and efficient at processing my loanScott was also very personable and made a notable effort to make me feel comfortable during this process

We wanted to purchase an LGI home in Gastonia NCWe put a contract on a new build home and proceeded with the loan application processWe were advised early on what paperwork we needed to bring into the office to beginOur mortgage broker *** *** *** attempted to commit mortgage fraud by asking for documents that did not meet underwriting standardsShe violated our rights under the Federal credit reporting act as well as RESPA violations on settlement costsShe made a face to face appointment at 100pm and never showed after hours waitingShe failed to turn in requested documents to underwriters when askedShe held our loan application for 21days before submitting itShe participated in an undisclosed agreement with some form of possible consideration with Heimer Insurance by telling us we could not shop for our own homeowner's insurance company She failed to inform us of the reasons we did not qualify for our home after telling us to obtain closing fundsShe was unprofessional and unethicalShe violated NCREC laws and I am hoping to have her licence revokedBeware she is willing to insinuate she is wiiling to committ illegal acts to get loans approved for unqualified applicants

I recently refinanced the mortgage on my home in order to reduce the interest rate and make biweekly payments My bank refused to set up biweekly payments I was told by *** *** that it could be done through this company I am now finding out they are refusing biweekly payments, and that I will only be making 1-payments with them and it will go to another lender I have no idea who the lender is, nor will they tell me My first payment is February The reason I wanted biweekly is because the mortgage is almost my entire paycheck I want this resolved to where I can make biweekly payments starting on February Part of this is my fault for not noticing when signing; however, I was told I could make biweekly and that is what I want

I spoke with the consumer at the end of last week regarding her compliant.
Her compliant was that she did not see the Company name on the document and was not privy to what the actual document pertained to.
I reviewed the document with the consumer, pointed out where our Company name was listed on the document (in addition to where is was listed in the disclosures) as well as the intent of the document We reviewed certain reference points on the document as it specifically talks about loans, financing, etc.
It was a very pleasant conversation and I believe that I was able to provide some clarity for the consumer She stated on multiple occasions that she was an advocate for the elderly and that she goes to the Revdex.com a lot I told her that we model our business on integrity and transparency and applauded her for her efforts
She had some recommendations that she thought would be helpful (example: placing a signature on the marketing piece) for us from a marketing perspective I mentioned that I would pass her thoughts on to our marketing department for future use and since have.
I do not believe this is a violation or a compliant and feel that after our conversation this has been resolved with clarity provided.

I am in the process of looking for a home and realtor name Shadiah Sabree referred me to a loan originator Gladys Marclin of Calcon Mutual MortgageEverything was fine until I told Shadihah Sabree that her services are no longer needed due to her lack of teaching of questions that I needed her to askSometimes she was unresponsive and did not take serious of what I wanted in a homeI then was introduce to a knowledgeable realtor who gave me knowledge of foreclosures, short sales, etcHe took initiative right away and also had my best interest of what I'm looking for in a homeThe new realtor asked me if he could contact Gladys Mareclin I told him sureHe never got a response from Gladys for a weekSo, I tried calling her as well and left several messages as well, for a week no responseI decided to call from an unknown number and she ended up picking upI told the new Realtor and he called and told me she does not want to work with me anymore because I do not have Shadidah Sabree as my realtor and because she referred me to her Due to this inconsiderate, childish, unprofessional act I missed out on homes and a grant because I was not happy with the previous realtorI am the client and it should be my choice of realtor not the loan officerThis is not a proper way to conduct business for a first time home buyer

I re-financed my home through One Trust the end of September They shorted my escrow account by @$ They have since sold my account to Wells Fargo With only $in escrow I have $1800+ due between property taxes and homeowners insurance When they did the closing I questioned the amount being escrowed for property taxes and was told by *** *** it was enough Turns out they only held enough to cover months of the taxes, when the check was sent it was returned as the property appraiser does not accept partial payments The closing showed $to pay homeowners insurance I have since received a bill for $and the $is no where to be found as it was not paid to the insurance company I have attempted to resolve these issues with One Trust and have yet to receive a response I spoke with someone at the title company who was going to forward the partial tax check to Wells Fargo, that has not been done I refinanced to lower my payment, which was done but if the esc

This company employees at the Chandler Office do not handle FCC and FTC complaintsThe employees misled me refuse to transfer me and told me they take complaints and can resolve the problems of their third party vendor who called me twice within hours and which I told them both times I did not want their service I'm on the Do Not Call List when the caller called me about obtaining refinancing options with onetrust home loans I am formed the collar I was not interested and already had received information from several businesses and was ready to close in several days on my loan refinance the any other information would not be helpful at this timeI also said not to call me I wasn't interested yet I still received a call the next day wanting to sell me and refer me to their services and productsThat's company does not taking consideration the privacy of disabled Americans as well as their employees at the Chandler Office refused to provide any information do a complaint with upper management and instead mislead me and misrepresented their company as far as their job duties

Smooth Loan process

We purchased a home is SW Florida and used this lender only because the builder would cover closing costs if we use THEIR lender Huge mistake and not worth it because in the long run we ended losing so much money The lender set us up with a loan for our new build We were packed up and driving hours to our closing in a tropical storm mind you On they way to the closing we are told that they are pulling the loan because our agent set up the incorrect type of loan They left me and my family homeless for weeks It was an awful experience They did nothing at all as far of even a simply apology We lost thousands of dollars on hotels (we had pets with us), $tolls each day driving my son 20min one way to a new school that he started just days after this incident On top of that we had to sell our car we recently purchased in order to get another loan, so we lost thousands of dollars there Then had to get car rentals for weeksWhen we did finally close, we got hit with hurricane Irma our first loan payment was due weeks later When I called (because they didn't answer any of my emails) CalCon Mutual dba OneTrust to ask if we could have a one month grace or forbearance just so we could get on our feet...they could have cared less They are the most unethical business I have come across in my life
