I would like to acknowledge Joe *** for completing a maintenance and safety inspection on my home furnace and air conditioner He was professional and extremely knowledgeable in his report He explained his findings and all questions were answered!

I requested a quote and was scheduled for an afternoon appointment between 3-I called several times checking on the status of the technician At 6:15pm, the manager called and said they were not coming because their services don’t include my buildingYup...it was a Saturday nightThey were not sorry and not willing to helpVery unprofessional

Very bad experience regarding erroneous information given regarding service call charge .Agent told me by upgrading that day I would have no payment for the actual service on 7/21.Call was even recorded and I asked if indeed that meant I do not pay the serviceman that day.Agent repeated since I upgraded that day not only would I save $500,,but I would have no charge since the upgrade had a $ annual maximum.When aI talked to office personnel they told me indeed that was not correct and it would be in days.I was flabbergasted since I spent minutes perhaps with Davy upgrading so he could save me the total amt.due that day.Completely incorrect info.quoted.I do think he was trying to help me ,but was perhaps not trained on exact policy

on 15th May called one hour for a second opinion and diagnostic for $on my AC unit, it was confirmed it was a leaking coil which would need replacing Technician at time could not do repair so would have to make another appointment with a technicialWas offered a Temporary coolMy home has AC units so home was not too hotAgreed to temporary cool but not told of what would be involvedWas told Freon needed to be added to system but when asked how much would be needed was told this couldn't be given until unit was filledAdditional repairs where carried out which I was only informed of after they had been done and then was issued a bill for $837, When I questioned this amount I was informed a discount of $had been applied but as of yet I am not sure what this refund was applied to as it is not on my invoice

We paid them to install two systems in our home The first system they installed with a professional crew and it turned out well The second installation they sent two techs out The first half of the day, the older gentleman stayed outside in our driveway and acted like he did not feel well The second half the day, it was the younger man who was sick They finished the install and left We had no problems for a while We noticed a water stain on the ceiling We inspected the unit in the attic and found that the vent pipe had rusted through and was allowing rainwater into the house They did not seal it off as they had done for the first installation The water got in, rusted out the pipe, and now we have a leak They sent a tech out All he did was put a bucket under it We have spoken to supervisors and managers and they are using Hurricane Harvey as an excuse to get out of their warranty Hurricane Harvey did not cause this Their poor installation did We have been

I strongly urge people NOT to use One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating!!! I called for a $"Tune Up" and the technician came out with the express purpose of selling me a new $10,AC/Heating unit (My old unit heats and cools just fine...and is cooling even better now after I paid another company to come out and clean my condenser and evaporator which One Hour refused to do.) To make matters even worse, the One Hour technician screwed up the Freon valve so Freon leaked out of my system and I had to spend a night without Freon ( & AC) until the other company came out to install a new Freon valve and recharge the FreonOne Hour Air Conditioning & Heating refused to pay the additional $I was out due to their negligence or willful destruction of my valve And their customer service rep is extremely rude and condescending* ** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** ** *** ** *** ***

Called them out to check my a/c system because it wouldn't cool below degreesThey did some work for me years earlier when I had a *** *** *** policy and they seemed honest enoughMy appointment window was 4-PM and after the first tech assigned couldn't make it they sent a second tech who arrived around 9:He checked the system and said the freon was very low and I probably had a leakDid a leak check and said the leak was in the air handlerThe same issue I had just two years earlier but since that was a warranty replacement part there was no warranty on the current partI asked for a quote and he insisted on measuring the house to determine the correct size needed because I had a ton air handler (sold to me by another company) and a ton condenser, even though I told him the original equipment of both was tonAfter an hour of measuring the house he gave me two quotes one for $*** and a second for $***WOW! I asked why so much for an air handler? And he said that's for a whole new systemI asked why do I need a whole new system if the leak is in the air handler? I was expecting a quote just to replace the air handlerThat's when he said the condenser is also leaking; a fact he didn't mention until after he gave me the quoteI told him I wasn't going to pay either of those amounts because they were ridiculous and I would have to think about my optionsHe asked for my phone number so he could follow up with me on my decision and I told him the company has my phone number and that I would call themThat felt like he was trying to do a side hustle and cut out the company he works forHe didn't even bother to email me an official quote or anything, he just leftThe only good thing about this experience was since they showed up over an hour late I didn't pay a dime for his little adventureThe next day I went on *** and got three quotes for a complete system with the highest quote being $and the lowest quote, which I accepted, being $with *** brand equipmentIt's hard to say if this is their company culture or just the people they employ, but either way consumers should be warned and the company should investigate
