Didn't know that I owed this 100.00 because I gave the last payment to nulink at least I thought.
This company has hired rude CSR EXCEPT for MR. SANTANA. I called in to find out why I had a 100.00 in collection bc I pulled my credit report. Now mind you, I called them. The first man said well if you would keep up with your bills " Excuse me. I said to him I do not wish to speak with anyone rude I called in to find out why I had this on my report. I also called in to pay it off. I dismiss that called. I then called back and ask the lady is this a Black-Owned C/o, she said I can't disclose that information. I said that's fine, but I encounter a rude employee a minute ago and I was calling in to make a payment and I don't understand why...THEN SHE just hung the phone. So , I called back again because I was determining to pay this off. After all, I didn't even know I had it on my report. I finally got Mr.Santana, he was kind and I paid it off, I ask to speak with a supervisor. He transferred me to one, that supervisor then fwd me to her voice mail. I'm done! I'll never have to deal with a company like this again. I pray!

after receiving a notice from this company supposedly after days that they sent it and with no calls or anything made went and put the collection on my credit After I try to resolve it with the company he at time said that he was going to report something to the agency that I never said At that point was when I felt like I was being harassed At no point in the conversation did I say that I was not going to pay but the Third manager I spoke said he was going to report to the agency that I stated I was not going to pay This was all recorded If I was business that was thinking of signing up with them I would think twice Because of this I will not be using the provider anymore that referred me to Online information Services as the people that represent on not a good company

After checking my credit report, I found a collection filed against me from Online Services. The collection was from a local cable account that did not belong to me. The cable company advised only submitting the name and address where the account was held. Further investigation revealed Online Svcs conducted a People Search, locating my name and applied the collection to my social security number. I was told by legal advisor that it is the collection agency's responsibility to confirm and verify the identity before submitting the collection to the Credit Bureau.A TransUnion representative advised this action did have an adverse effect on my credit score as well as interest rate on finance loan. Spoke with the manager, [redacted] , whom displayed a demeanor as if it was my fault. He insisted I was notified by mail, but denied that it was sent by certified mail nor could provide a copy of the letter upon request. During the conversation, voice levels increased until it was determined that any further conversation was not conducive.

My family and I had to move because of a job loss and we knew we owed a debt, We were working things out to pay this debit in full, but we recieved a "communication" from this company About a month later we were able to scrape the monies up to pay this debit and we went to the creditor and paid the final balance The attendant gave me a reciept showing that the debt was paid Today (a week after we paid the debt in full) we recoeved a phone call from this company and their representative *** and I told her that the bill was paid in full and why are they calling me *** got really rude and said "you did not call us and tell us this was paid, so that is why we are calling you" I told her that the debtor send an email to you folks saying that the bill was paid, and *** said, "I dont care about that, you are suppose to pay us, not the debtor" I said to her, does it matter how it gets paid, she saidno you are to pay is *** then said that if you dont pay me, I will put it on your credit report to all three breaus on October 10th" I said your gonna report this even though its paid in full She said, it needed to be paid to us" She just kept badgering me to the point to where I just lost it, I admit I said a couple of words that were not lady like She said, "I will continue to call you until the debt is paid to us" I told her the debt is already paid, I have the credit card reciept to show it is paid, *** then proceeded to ask me" where I worked and if anyone in my house is working"? I told her that is none of her business, she then stated I will put this on your record as "refusing to answer the question" I then said a couple of other bad works I called the debtor and they stated that , "yes your bill is paid in full and that they logged on to this companies web site and noted that your account is handled" I the rep about what *** said about that I only needed to pay Online Information Services Inc for the debt owed, and the rep said it you could pay it here as you did, and that she did not understand why that *** said that to you" The rep for the debtor said that everything has been noted and that you should not get anymore phone calls from this creditor, and if you do, please call them and they will handle it"Online Information Services Inc uses "scare" tatics and this needs to end If I get anymore phone calls or letters, I will be consulting a lawyer

I recieved a collections letter from this company regarding a deceased person. I tried calling the 855 and the 252 number several times and was disconnected every time before even getting to talk to a representative. I suspect they rig the phones so that you cannot get in touch with them before the 30 day mark. If you get a letter from this company I highly suggest that you call the original creditor and resolve the issue with them before dealing with this company.

Needless to say, it was reported to my credit after I agreed to a payment plan and made the first payment. I called to discuss this matter with a supervisor, and he was BEYOND rude, and his employee who made the agreement with me laughed at my expense. The customer service is HORRIBLE.

No missing payments and they reported us on credit reports!Terrible Online Collections! Beware! My wife spoke with [redacted] back in April to discuss the payments and We all agreed to where we will have to pay the payments for April, May, June, July, August and September which will be the last payment for us. He even said to prevent this from reporting the credit reports, the payments has to be made every month as to how we agreed to this. We paid April. We Paid May. On May 18th, My wife lost her job due to the store closed which is NOT HER FAULT. We knew that with her debit card (coming from her work pay) that the online collection cannot debit from her card so we tried to call them but got a recording and couldn't get through to them so we decided to write them a letter explaining this issue and told them that I will start pay them online from my debit card with dates posted in the letter for June, July, August and September. I mailed it out to them on May 28th so I know they should have had received it within 2-3 days from that date but not counting the memorial day date. We paid June 9th as to what I said in the letter. No missing payments. On June 10th, they reported our credit reports saying overdue. Full of lies. We paid April, May and June payments already (proved with our bank accounts) and plan to pay July, August and last one on September according to the letter we sent. I know they received my letter but chosen to ignore that. We do have a transcript record of the conversation my wife had with [redacted] over the phone cause we both are hearing impaired and the relay call always does have a transcript record to know what was said between the hearing party and us. We have the evidences in our hands that we will take this next step to do that. So for ya'll who have this service or is about to be dealing with them, be careful with online collection agency because this could happen to you.Desired SettlementRemove ours from our credit reports! Auto Calling System sounds like a SCAM, but is really a collections call.I was allegedly called by Online Information Services for a debt collection of about $87. I did receive two or three automatic calls in which coincide with the companies records of contact. these automatic calls said nothing about collections or debt owed, but simply that I needed to "call now to insure that my credit score is not affected." This did not have the marks of a legitimate call but a phishing scam. I still have not received a receipt.I had an account in collection, I called on 5/11/2016 and paid the account in full. I was told by the person I talked to I would receive a receipt in 7 days. Well, 7 days later still no receipt. so I called again on 05/21/2016 and asked for a receipt I was told this time it would be sent out on the following Monday and would take 3 days. So I waited till the Thursday that followed and still no receipt. I called again that Thursday and spoke to someone else and was told it was never sent out and she would issue me a receipt. Well needless to say that was on 05/26/2016 and today is 06/03/2016 and I still have not received a receipt. The literally pulled the money out of my account withing minutes and it's been over a month and I still haven't received a receipt. harassing calls, said they were a different company then changed answers and said they are collection agency collecting debt that I dont owe. was called by online collections/information saying they were a diff company then changed their info to say they are a debt collector and anything I said was for them to get a debt from me. the problem is , this is not my debt. ive been trying to get this resolved and it has gotten no where. no one will validate this is mine, but yet it stays on my credit reportWas charged from[redacted]. I called them and it seemed they transferred to some address I do not know of. I was getting charged without knowing it. I wouldnt get a utility bill delivered at a place I was not living at. Collection was removed in but came back from a different collection agency. I called[redacted] again but they are now a different company called [redacted]. they cannot further assist me on this matter.I have attached emails of the address I was living at when I was getting billed for these bills from them. please look at the date and time stamps of the emails. I have also attached when they removed the collection and then when it was added back on.I have sent the credit bureaus my license, current utility bill to show my real name and not the wrong ALIAS names that are listed on my credit reports . hopefully it has nothing to do with this issue. please look at the attached pictures and time stamped emails. I would not receive any type of bill at an address im not living at nor set up service at. Ive submitted my proof that account numbers do not match .Ive tried two times so far to settle this issue with Online Collection Services. Ive asked for a debt validation, they sent me one. Account number does not match and I have sent in my proof. I need this collection to be taken off of all 3 of my reports. They are trying to collect a debt that is not mine or an address that I have never lived. also, if they are trying to send me a debt collection to an address that I do not live at which its their mistake , how am I suppose to know? I am suppose to be notified 30 days prior was required to notify me prior of collection date, or no later than 30 days after furnishing the negative information to credit bureau reports, in writing...under such section 623, subsection (7)(A).However, in my records I am unable to locate documentation you complied with this requirement, which is a violation of the FCRA & FDCPA which online services did not send me.Also Under 809. Validations of date and Mini-Mirandi under Section 807(1) ONLINE COLLECTIONS failed to send me my initial communication before placing this alleged item on my credit reports further violating the FCRA, with $1000 per violation.I have documents of their debt validation account number they sent me not matching my account number I have. I do not want to contact them any further and only want this to be removed from all of my reports. In the case they continue to report this again and is still on my reports, I will go to the [redacted], Fand see how they will handle this next. I will not pay for a bill that IS NOT MINE. I will make no police reports because I do not live in the city of the original debt they are saying I owe. I was very professional and polite to the gentleman (manager) I spoke to at Online Collections last month and he was the same back to me. I have no issue with the manager I talked to at all, I complied, gave him my full social security number, because I know this is not my debt. he could not further assist me. Im in no way defaming Online Collections as a company but I am merely showing their business practice is wrong for not listening to the consumer, who is me and me telling them this is not my debt. I will go as far as I can to prove this is not mine if I have to, someone out there will listen , whether it be [redacted] or [redacted], I will be heard. this has been on my reports for a long time without me knowing, which I am to blame for that but its time for me to get it fixed. I dont need an apology, I dont need a refund/money, im not looking for anything besides them taking false collection off of my reports immediately. INVALID DEBT ON MY CREDIT REPORT.This company added collection from [redacted] on my credit report. Contacted [redacted] and they don't have my name/info with their company. Disputed on all credit reports. About to file with atty to sue this company. Sent certified mail requested valid data stating my name/SSN that this is my acct.
