I ordered three pairs of leggings from the Online Legging Store on February 20, and my payment was processed on February I received an email stating that the items I had ordered were not in stockI was told that I'd be sent a free pair of leggings for the inconvenienceOn March 31, after contacting the company several times to request shipping information on my order, I received the first part of my orderThe two pairs of leggings that I received smelled like chemicals and although they were marked the same size, one pair doesn't fit at allI am still awaiting delivery of the third pair that I ordered, and based on the shipping confirmation email that I received, the free pair of leggings that I was promised are not being delivered

Hello,I will be happy to assist you I see [redacted] did follow part of our instructions We ask each customer to call and get exchange information on our website This is to prevent items from being returned for sizes or styles we do not carry If [redacted] would have asked any customer service rep about the exchange we could have informed her of the size availability per style We also list the sizes on our website which would not allow any addition to cart for her particular size in that style For the delay we allowed her to keep the pair which was shipped back as well as refunded her the amount paid to us Refunded 100% amount paid to us.Jan 20, 2016, 11:51AM $ [redacted] ***

OLS exchange/refund policy clearly states that "Online Legging Store will send you your exchanged item(s) upon receiving
your package within hoursIf the item you are looking to have
exchanged for is out of stock, we shall notify you by email or phone as
to the availability of the item." and "Upon receiving your return, Online Legging Store will processes your
return within hours from receiving your packageItems will be
inspected and processed through our returns departmentRefunds will be issued to the original credit card used for purchase or
in the form of store creditWe are unable to switch refunds to a new or
different payment method other than what was originally used on your
order." My exchanged items were received March 2, 2016 and I was not contacted that my items were out of stockThen, I was told on March that my items had been shipped out on March After not receiving my items, I requested a refund on March and I was told by several
different people that my refund was being processed and being sent out
immediately.I will not accept the business' response as a resolution to my complaint until I physically have the check in my handAlso, the requested amount that was previously agreed upon between me and someone at customer services was not metAfter disagreeing on the amount being refund, I agreed to accept half of the requested amount out of frustration and just wanting this to be overThe different people in the customer service department that I was dealing with through email cannot be contacted by calling the number provided in their emailThe customer service department is email only and do not work at the building where the rest of the company isOnce I was able to contact someone by phone, they had no clue what was going on with my order because everyone I had been dealing with before was by email only and they do not work togetherBetween the different people at customer service (email), different people that I spoke with on the phone and someone through ***, I was told multiple different thingsI was just being passed from person to person and this has been dragged outThis company has no respect for the policies they have set in place for the customer or for the customerThey have had my money and my items for almost monthsI continually requested for someone to call me to discuss this issue and not one person called meI feel as though this company has no respect for their customers and yet their main concern is having positive customer reviewsThey need to try to correct their error instead of passing the customer between departments

Hello,The Online Legging Store does not provide information to any customer of where our leggings are made at. This is not public information and all staff is aware of this during our training. We have refunded the Customer 100% in full of the funds paid to us. We have manually
refunded the amount of $via *** payment

Hello,My apologies for any delay the customer has experienced We have been communicating with the customer As you can see by the attachment we received a email reply from *** *ust today confirming her address so that we can mail her a certified check for the returned items
We normally process exchanges quicker then this but unfortunately did not have her exchanges in stock at the time We will issue a refund for the customer and mail it Certified check

I have ordered leggings twice from this companyYesThey may have a few unhappy costumers as all companies do but they resolved the only issue I had and I am a happyThey send tracking information and stand behind their products if there is a problemI have no complaints

Hello,I was able to process the customer refund for the amount which was paid minus the $Restocking fee on all returns and exchanges and Minus the non-refundable shipping cost of $4.95.As customer stated we normally do not process refunds for worn items After reviewing the email between
customer service the return policy was sent to the customer We do accept returns based off our return policy but are happy to waive this today for the customer Customer Service 888-494-

size, love the quality and the items they receive All items are as shown on our website including the elastic band are shown on leggings We do offer a day return/exchange policy for all orders As stated on our website We do not include any return labels and there is a $restocking fee for all returned items This information is not hidden and plainly located out our Refunds tab of our website We will be happy to exchange the leggings at no additional charge All you will have to do is ship the items to us We will cover the cost to ship them back to you
