I absolutely did not experience your product to be true to size. Your customers appear to be very, very slim women in the Facebook posts you reference. I viewed your size chart, purchased size large, and was not able to wear the product due to their very small size. I am not interested in an exchange add I I am no longer interested in your product. I will not pay restocking or return shipping fees.

I ordered three pairs of leggings from the Online Legging Store on February 20, and my payment was processed on February 22. I received an email stating that the items I had ordered were not in stock. I was told that I'd be sent a free pair of leggings for the inconvenience. On March 31, after contacting the company several times to request shipping information on my order, I received the first part of my order. The two pairs of leggings that I received smelled like chemicals and although they were marked the same size, one pair doesn't fit at all. I am still awaiting delivery of the third pair that I ordered, and based on the shipping confirmation email that I received, the free pair of leggings that I was promised are not being delivered.

Company onlineleggingstore.com is selling products that are not in stock. I ordered something 15 days ago and just found out they don't even have it in stock even though they told me 2 days ago that they had it and that they would send me tracking info in 24 hours. I never received shipment info. Poor business practices to sell something you don't have in stock.

any customer service rep about the exchange we could have informed her of the size availability per style.  We also list the sizes on our website which would not allow any addition to cart for her particular size in that style.  For the delay we allowed her to keep the pair which was shipped back as well as refunded her the amount paid to us.  Refunded 100% amount paid to us.Jan 20, 2016, 11:51AM  $14.94  [redacted]
