They say you can cancel within 14 days, but not 14 days that you have the product. How can a trial offer start if you don't have the product to try. This is a total scam!

This company offers a free trial, and then 15 days later charges you $80 dollars a bottle. No where when I placed the order was this written, and now I will have to pay to get my money back, and will be charged $13 dollar processing fee. I was charged the initial shipping and will have to pay return shipping. So overall, I will lose $50 based on false advertising. Slimera and Vita Ultra were the products they sent me.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

 I requested a full refund for breach of this agreement. This would include an additional check of approximately $40.00. They have attached a copy of a check that I have not even received. Very poor, inexcusable service and still have not resolved my issue. I hope no one has to deal with this company gain.
