I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action. Nevertheless, I find the customer service to be indecent and this company is nothing but a scam.

Ordered Natural Cleanse & Slendera online, when tried to cancel, customer support number provided by Slendera does not work [redacted]. Sometimes it rings then gets automatically disconnected, sometimes get fast busy signal, phone is never answered.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I have not received the credit back yet, and I am now paying a $25 overdraft fee because of this. I want the company to pay the overdraft fee as well. I tried to contact the company by phone twice and the representative's refused to listen to me and help with this matter at that time, which could have prevented this extra fee.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE: After a horrendous experience with this "business" I understand why it is not Revdex.com Accredited. If only I had known... I am a college age student with little funds for extravagant purchases (at this age anything over $40 is extravagant). I read an online article from women's health and stumbled across a free trial offer I thought I would try. NO where on the free trial website for "Slimera" and "Vita Ultra" does it mention that my 14 day trial starts right when I order and I will be charged $85 as soon as those 14 days are up whether or not I have even RECEIVED the product yet. As soon as I placed my order I was skeptical and called to cancel right away so I would not have to deal with future problems like the one I am writing about. Customer service told me I would need to wait until the products were delivered (if they were ever even coming) and then call to find out the cancellation steps. I monitored my bank account and when they FINALLY arrived (3 days until my apparent trial would end) My curiosity had peaked again and thought I should try them. I had taken a combination of the two pills one time when the next morning I woke up to a $85 charge on my account. This site does not tell you any facts and is a scam. If you are thinking about purchasing GC vitamins go to amazon, a Revdex.com accredited site where they wont steal your money.
