When we call, we ask carefully for a office manager That is who we spoke too If your staff are giving the phone to random people, that is also something you should look in to on your end If persons in your establishment are picking up the phone, your business phone And accepting orders from sales calls, you are going to have many many issues How do you think that is our fault

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint Our company requires a purchase order or proof of signature in order to pay for services so if you cannot provide this at this point please refrain from calling or contacting our office Regards,

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]
First, On the end of the phone conversation, the Rep quickly and very unclearly mentioned the price, and try to purposely finish the talk as soon as possible without giving the listener's thinking timeI even did not heard the exact numberIt's a complete misleadingSecond, this is a scam, only the written contract is acceptableIf it is a business, the company should send out the formal contract for signature, and then be effectiveThird, please stop listing immediately, and dismiss the invoice of $To prevent more victim, I strongly recommend Revdex.com to do an investigation and publish the result to alert public for such a phone scam

When we calll and offer our services, we do state, that we are calling with regards to a NEW ONLINE LISTING AND WE ARE ONLINE SERVICES.
We go over the ingformation we already haveAnd ask if they would like to include anything else such as a email, or website.
We then
explaint that we have every thing we need to run a adand will be sending a invoice for the ad in the ammount of 399.99.
Its all very clearAnd we then process the ad, and send a invoice.
If the customer would like to discontinue the service that is fineHowever time adready advertised would have to be paid.
As we have already advertised for monthsHalf the bill is owedI would be happy to prorate and accept settlment in that ammount

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]
Regards,
You spoke to someone that is not an employee, as I said at the very beginningTherefore the contract is voidThere will be no payment

When we make these telemarketing calls.
We do ask right away for a OFFICE MANAGER.
And we inform the person who takes the call, that we are calling with regards to a NEW ONLINE LISTING.
And inform them, of the fee's, and that we will be sending a invoce in their name.
Your office agreed to the serviceWe do our very best to make each and every customer is happy.
Problems arise when persons not listen to our sales personOr agree to our service when they are not clear as to what we are offering.
When this does happen, who is to blameAnd when do we incure the lossOr notAnd proceed to enforce payment.
I listened to the call.
We did ask very clearly for a office manager.
However none was available. *** *** offered to take the call, and asked if she could help.
Our sales person proceeded to offer our service, state the fee's, and finished by telling *** *** "Thank you for the order"So our service was sold clearly, and prices were quoted, and agreed to.
However in wanting to mantain good customer relationsI will deleate this account.
I reccomend educating your staffOther companies might not be so forgiving in the future

When we make sales calls we are very careful to make sure we are speaking to a office managerNormally they know who is allowed to make purchasesWe let the business know we are calling with regards to a new online listingAnd proceed to go over some of the business
information. Typically the name address, phone and faxThen we ask if they would like to add anything elseAnd let them know we have everything we need to run an ad for this year and the fee of will go out via a invoiceCan we put that invoice to your attentionAnd then finish off by thank them for the order.
No deceitI listened to the tape and the call is good, every thing was explained perfectly
This customer has already been advertised for monthsThe bill is for months.
I am happy to prorate this bill and settle for the time advertised thus far

We do not have any other complaintsHowever have noticed other ONLINE SERVICE companies do.
We do record all our callsIf the customer contacts usWe would gladly play the sales call for them.
We go over many things to be clear that this is a sale and you are
placing a order. Please ask the customer for their invoice numberI will contact them and attempt to resolve this matter

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint
I don't have anything to add after my first complaintThere is no contract, there is no agreement, this is a scamThis is a cold call marketing scamSomeone needs to stop this business from practicing this way
Regards,

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaintSince no one from my office had any conversation with the merchant, the nonexistence of such sales call would automatically null and void the billing to my office regarding such claim.
Regards,

We are very clear about our service.
We ask for a office manager, and let them know that we ar calling for a NEW ONLINE LISTING.
We go over what we have, and explaing the we do have every thing we need to run a ad, and the fee is and that we will send it out via a
invoice.
This customer was explained everythingAnd agreed to the fee's.
However I see that this account has ready been deleated.
So this matter is closed

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint Until we receive a "SIGNED CONTRACT" we refuse any response from this company Unwanted phone harassment and bullying are unacceptable business practices Our attorney has been contacted, and if needed the police will be contacted, if this company does not stop harassing our business for fraudulent services it says it has provided This Marcus *** is nothing short of a liar and a con-man to attempt to operate a business is such a way Until he is able to provide a signed contract from an authorized signer of our business we refuse to discuss this matter any further

That is a total lie. We do not deleate parts of calls.
We were not told to speak the the dr.
If we were we would of not processed the sale.
I am happy to prorate this account for the months we have already been advertising.
for the monthsAnd that will close this account. Otherwise we do have a solid sale in the ammont of

We are very sorry you had this experience.
Please note, we DO NOT USE WORDS LIKE " Calling to update" or " Just Going Over" ..
We like to be very clear, so we say, WE ARE CALLING FROM ONLINE SERVICES WITH REGARDS TO A NEW ONLINE LISTING"
Then yes we do read off your...

address, and ask if you would like to include a website or email with your ad. Then we explain that we have every thing we need to run a ad for you this year.
Then we go ahead and run your ad. And extend you 30 day billing.
We trust you, and your word that you will honor your agreement to pay the bill.
If you contacted us right away. A prorated bill for the first month should of offered.
You did indicate you hang up on customer service reps. That will not resolve your matter.
I would like to at this point offer you to close your account with a one time settlement for that first month.
$66.00 dollars is the fee per month. We bill in blocks of 6 months at a time.
Let me know if this works for you. Unfortunately your account is past due and in collections.
So let us know and I will stop all the collection process that has already begun.
