I placed an order on their website and received a confirmation email and they immediately processed the charge. The email states that orders can take "weeks". After 3 weeks I emailed their customer service email address and received an auto reply stating that it would be responded to in 1-2 business days. They never responded and have not responded to the 5 additional emails I have sent since. They also do not respond to their website chat function, nor do they reply to emails sent to an alternate email they provided on for questions on their policies. This company does not have a working phone number, an 800 number found from an online search goes straight to a voicemail. There address also does not appear to be real as you can't find the company by looking up the address and there website domain is registered in Canada and their credit card transaction is from a merchant in Lachute, Quebec. I have no way of checking on my order or requesting a refund as there is no way to get in contact with them at all. It is doubtful that I will ever receive anything and now will have to dispute the charge with my bank.
