I accept this for my personal complaint but on a larger scale, no company should be leaving messages without a respond or reply contact phone numberThis is the larger issue, that others will also be unable to stop the calls unless going through you or registering with themThis is not acceptable and they should change their voice mail so that "***" has a contact number that not only functions but is a direct line to stop the calls

Our goal at Opencare is to match patients with healthcare providers that are best suited to treat their specific conditions. Initial Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2016/02/29) */
Hi ***,
Thank you for contacting Opencare through the Revdex.com with your concernI am sorry to hear that we offered the award to a practitioner who is no longer activeOn the Opencare Profile he, as well as you are still active practitioners in
the areaYou can find your Opencare Profile here:
https://www.opencare.com/psychologists/hillsboro-or/***-***-***-practice-XXXXXXX... /> We have taken Dr*** off our list as an eligible provider for the Hillsboro area award, and will remove him from the Opencare page I referenced aboveIf you can provide me with the updated practise information such as name and address for yourself I will make sure to adjust this and prevent further mistakes
Lastly, the award is given to the practise as a whole and looking at the overall ratings, you are still able to receive itIn case you would like to have it for yourself, please send me an email at ***@opencare.com
I will be looking forward to your response
Best,
*** *** ***

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 10, 2016/03/05) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I have read the response from OpenCare dated 2/29/It states that I and my former colleague, Dr*** are listed as "active" on the website profileAs neither of us sought this listing or provided info to Opencare, I assume the company cobbled together outdated information without confirming its accuracy(Dr*** has not lived in the US, nor practiced here, for many years.)
The Opencare website claims that it provides "curated matches" and "the most relevant information" to consumersI am concerned that this claim is deceptiveI am also annoyed that the company representative continued to try to persuade me that I had "won an award" and had "high ratings." They obviously know nothing about my practice, a solo operation for these past years
There is something wrong with this
Final Business Response /* (4000, 12, 2016/03/14) */
Hi ***,
We are sorry to hear our previous answer did not resolve the issue at handOur base profiles/unclaimed profiles are indeed pulled together with publicly available informationThis information suggested DrWilson was still practicing with you
Unfortunately, as you pointed out here, a mistake seems to have been made on our end with your practiceI want you to know this has been rectified and Dr*** is no longer listed as a practitioner in your clinic on Opencare
If you would like us to remove the entire profile we have for your practice, please let me know so we can make sure this gets taken care of
Regarding the Opencare Patients Choice awards: This is a real award we hand out to clinics based on reviews given by patients to you or your clinicWe compile the reviews from all online sources available such as ZocDoc, Healthgrades, RateMD, Google reviews, Yelp and moreWe compare this average rating to other practices in your areaBased on this information you qualified for the award
Since you indicated you do not wish to receive the award, we have removed you from our list and will not reach out to you again regarding the award as you indicated you don't feel comfortable receiving it
I hope this resolves the issue at handPlease feel free to contact us if you need more informationWe would be happy to help
Kind regards,
*** *** ***

Final Consumer Response /* (4200, 14, 2016/03/15) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The response from the business does not address my primary concern about the public interestThis is not an issue about whether I am "comfortable" or not
The response letter acknowledges that the business "seems to have been made" a mistake in offering an award to a practitioner who has not lived in this country, let alone practiced here, for many yearsI can only assume that there is no validity to any of the other ratings offered by this businessI have not heard a plan to improve the quality of the information presented to the public on this siteInaccurate health referral information is worse than no information at all

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meSincerely, *** ***

Thank you so much for respondingI'm not sure if you realize but there are many complaints on forums with the way your automated system repeatedly calls peopleI'm used to sales calls but your system (which makes it sound like a real person called me - ingenious and frustrating all at once) felt like it harassed meI don't mind a call or two for a new serviceBut that was crazy excessive
Thank you for removing meI'm sorry it came to contacting the Revdex.com
Thanks!

Thank you Revdex.com! I will most certainly seek your help again if they call againMy request for them to stop calling is not only reasonable but within my legal rightsIF they stop calling and waking individuals from sleep after 9pm, then I am satisfied

They did not even bother to investigate my office or the correct telephone number to be taken off their call list
I gave the Revdex.com my personal cell number only
My office is *** Family Chiropractic at the address you have on fileThe least they could have done is find out the correct phone number
If their "primary method of communication" is email- I haven't received one EVER and they do not stop calling
My office number is XXX-XXX-XXXX please pass *** on for them to stop bothering meRegards Dr***

Hi!
We are sorry for the calls, I have deleted the number from the calling list
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 10, 2015/10/14) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I appreciate being
removed from the call list, however I feel this company is misleading consumersTheir voicemails indicate that my company already has an account with them, when in fact we do not and never haveI believe they do this to get consumers to respond and end up revealing company informationI consider this advertising and baiting and Opencare should discontinue this practice
Final Business Response /* (4000, 12, 2015/10/15) */
I apologize if there was any misunderstanding with the script that our sales team used, I have asked them to alter the message to stop confusing people who then feel as if they were mislead

I truly hope Opencare alters their business practice as statedThank you for your response and proposed action
