We sincerely apologize for the annoyance this has causedOur goal at Opencare is to match patients with healthcare providers that are best suited to treat their specific conditionsThe aim of our calls is to make sure our database of
healthcare providers is up to date and has correct information, by asking providers to claim their profile
The phone number has been taken off the calling list
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (2000, 7, 2015/10/27) */
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
while the response is clearly a standard reply and completely dismisses the fact that I (and all the other providers filing complains)have never requested or approved our personal interest in being in the "databank" to begin with...they state my number has been taken off the call listThat was my goalI accept the response based on that alone

If OpenCare's primary method of communication is email, I'm not sure why the Revdex.com is receiving complaints about unwanted phone call issues with this businessI do sincerely hope this company re-thinks their marketing and business standards

We have deleted the phone number from the calling list and apologize for any inconvenience this might hav caused

A patiet named [redacted] reached out to us in July of 2017, as she received an email saying that her appointment with [redacted] was cancelled on Opencare, however when she contacted the clinic, they confirmed that they did not cancel. We had clarified the confusion and assured her...

that she could still attend the appointment after which she’d be eligible for the gift card reward once she provided her dental receipt.
On August 29th, 2017, Payal contacted us again letting us know that she had attended the appointment with the clinic however, she was not provided with a dental receipt. We then reiterated that a copy of the dental receipt is required for her to submit her gift card claim to us and that she could request a copy of her dental receipt directly from the clinic. The patient was then able to request a copy of the receipt and submitted her claim successfully. We were able to validate her claim and sent her the gift card via email, however she was not able to find/receive the gift card in her email. She provided us with an alternate email address to send it to and we have sent the gift card to that address.

I accept this for my personal complaint but on a larger scale, no company should be leaving messages without a respond or reply contact phone number. This is the larger issue, that others will also be unable to stop the calls unless going through you or registering with them. This is not acceptable and they should change their voice mail so that "[redacted]" has a contact number that not only functions but is a direct line to stop the calls.

I am in favor of creative marketing but sometimes the line in the sand gets crossed of what is too creative. Please remember these are professional businesses and treat them as such.
