I placed an order for an outdoor dining set. This was a 7 piece set comprised of a table and 6 chairs. It was delayed beyond what was promised. I eventually received a *** tacking number and a piece was delivered. It was however only the table and not the 6 chairs. When I went to my profile, the order is listed as completed and delivered. No ability to speak to anyone, and so far my numerous contacts to customer service have gone unresponded to. I have initiated a return inquire as well, but having read the reviews, that seems like they will also not fulfill. Not worth the hassle, stick with a known seller.

I ordered my product over 12 days ago. The product was supposed to shipped in 4 days, because it is not a custom product. I received a notification that a shipping label had been created the same day I ordered. I now understand that they create the shipping label immediately, so you are not able to go on the site and cancel the order once you realize you will NEVER receive the product. I received a notification a couple of days ago stating the order has been shipped. I know that is FALSE because, *** is still stating that a shipping label was created but they have not received the item. I read the reviews for this company after I purchased which was my fault. I should have researched this company before I placed an order. They do not have a customer service phone number, which should tell you how non existent their customer service is. The reply time to their customer service emails is extremely too long and when they do answer they give you the run around. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Very misleading ....products coming all away from shanghai over 3 weeks to get in....product I couldn't went to the dollar store and did better

Ordered product March 13, 2020. Requested refund 2 months ago. It is now June 30, 2020. No reply to emails or no issue of refund.

BUYER BEWARE!! I ordered an item on May 2, 2020, which I received. Didn't like it. Requested a return on May 10, 2020 (under the 14 day period that they allow returns). When I attempted to start a return via their method, the tracking number that they have mysteriously attached to my order stated that it was delivered in April, and that I was past the return period. I placed the order on May 2, but it was delivered in April???????? I've tried contacting customer service through email, and ***, but I'm getting the same story. They keep repeating themselves over and over (past the allowed return period) although they understand that my order was delivered in May, not April. There is no phone number listed anywhere that I can find. This is just one of the tactics they use to make sure that you as a consumer are stuck with the cheap quality items they sell. Do yourself a favor and don't order from them. You'll be stuck with it! Don't waste your time or money.

Bait and switch habits at work with this company and/or its vendors, truly deceptive. I ordered an item that offered no returns or refunds not knowing I would be sent “another” item, which I didn’t want. Hunter K at Opensky emailed me saying they could not help me and referred me to their return policy! What about when we receive an item that we did not order?! ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!

I ordered an iPad case for my daughter for Christmas on 12/15/18. I realized it would be late, but when I have tried to track the shipment through ***, the last date entered is 12/17/18... the date it was shipped. I don't like that I'm unable to track my package! I contacted Opensky customer service and received an email saying they would look into it. It's 1/2/2019 and I have heard nothing. Where is my package? Why can't I track the package? Is this a problem with Opensky or *** or both? I will file a complaint on *** shipping as well.
Ridiculous. I wish I had read that Opensky is not approved by the Revdex.com.
I would advise the company to have a customer service number or online chat available for customers to resolve issues. That would help.

I ordered an ipad from OpenSky on…
I ordered an ipad from OpenSky on November 28, 2018. On December 3 I advised them I wanted to return it. The ipad was manufactured in 2013. I was emailed to say my return was in processing. They have a deadline to return items within 14 days of receipt. This deadline is fast approaching and I cannot get anyone to respond. There is no phone number or chat, only email and I keep getting canned responses back, but no mailing label! Not happy.

This company is beyond difficult to work with. I placed an order on Nov. 22nd and they contacted me that they can't ship to a post office box. I sent them a different address. I got on their website to check my order but it said I didn't have any orders, but I had an order number. I emailed them several times and got the run around. I then emailed and canceled my order through email, as the website said I had no orders to cancel. Well, then I get an email in my Junk mail that my order had shipped and the address to ship to was my post office box! This company is a JOKE! DO NOT USE THEM!!!

If *** ordered on ***, etc, that order would not be visible on our site. Upon reading this review, we are unable to find an order for her under this email address. I order earrings they said were delivered and never was and now they wont respond back too me

Horrible. Ordered a necklace, no confirmation email (which I should have realized then it was a scam), checked on the order, says it was delivered to a mailbox in , I live in . Cannot get ahold of anyone, they don’t respond to emails.

I ordered a product based on what turned out to be a misleading and inaccurate online description. When I returned the product due to their error, they deducted the return shipping charges from my refund!
My multiple communications to OpenSky explaining this error fell on deaf ears. This company has no integrity. Beware of doing business with them.

I hope that your standard business practices do not require your customers engage the Revdex.com in order to receive refunds.

What a terrible place to shop and order from. I ordered a costume from them well before Halloween which was shipped and supposed to be delivered October 24th. They even sent a tracking number. When it didn't arrive, all I could find was a customer complaint area where you could write your question. I got a response from them that they would get back to me in 1-2 business days, which never happened. I finally called *** to figure out where the package was and apparently *** had still not gotten the package. When I responded to their email telling them I could not wait 1-2 business days, as I needed it by Halloween, still no response. Had to order something last minute from *** which came with ease. Oh, Revdex.com has there phone number, but this is just an automated response telling you to go through email or there customer support page.

I wish I didn't even have to hit one star. I believe that I have been scammed. I ordered x-trim therapy patches for $252.30. I received ONE item and was charged the $252.30 price for ten units.
I have tried to contact them several times. There is no customer service phone service and all online so-called avenues (their site, Facebook, etc.) prompts the same automated canned response telling me to wait for two days.
I even tried to find the supplier --- and that company doesn't exist!
This is a fraud scheme. I hope they are brought down soon.

Thank you for your email advising me that OpenSky will eventually credit my account. The amount of credit specified is about $25 short , but better than nothing. They told the Revdex.com the same thing as they have been telling me, : these things take time and to please wait. Since OpenSky says that and never ever does the ethical thing, I am not confident that they will credit my account.

I truly appreciate and have full trust in the Revdex.com. Conversely, I have no trust in OpenSky.

It is the worst site ever! I placed an order over a month ago and have not received it and there is no way to contact them. So frustrating. I am going to try and dispute the charge on my charge card.

This company should be shut down. They accepted my order which I paid and never received it. They never responded to any of my 3 emails I sent. They do not provide any way to contact them. They have no working phone and no help . No one should ever use this site . I believe it’s nothing more than a scam.

I filed a dispute for charges filed on my credit card by phone with Open Sky. During the call I verified my information, and was able to speak with in reference to the account, as authorized by my spouse. I supplied all the information referencing the reason for the dispute, and was told that Open Sky would follow up with me in order to discuss any necessary items in order to complete the dispute. On 08/9/2018 I received a letter from Open Sky stating that I had 10 days to submit any supporting information in order to complete the claim. The letter I received from Open Sky had a date of 07/31/2018, however the letter was actually post marked August 5, 2018. When I called into the call center to inquire about the letter, I was told that I was not authorized to ask questions about the account. I believe that Open Sky is intentionally extending the charge back process in order to discourage action against unauthorized charges. When I called in to file the dispute, I was able to file it with the customer service rep, however when I called in just a short time later, I was treated in a rude manner by 3 associates, and was not permitted to follow up on the claim I submitted. Open Sky is happy to take your business when you are paying them, but when a problem or a unauthorized charge arises, they make an effort to revert responsibility. Do not get credit with these crooks!

There is something terribly wrong with the sizing of clothing on this site. I 'was' a first time customer. Ordered 2 garments .. One was a part of black ' Women's Mesh Yoga Pants Workout Leggings With Side Pocket Active Capri Full '! The size ordered was XL.
When I received them, I noticed immediately they were not the correct size. And there was NO LABEL or tag in the pants with the size, washing instruction etc. The pants was so small, until they would not fit a friend of mind's ,,who wear size 4 ! The company sent me an insulting email informing me of their sizing chart, which was clearly stated on the website AND it was the one I used when ordering . Their email was requesting information that I have already shared with them in the original email... It was frustrating. The garment I received, ( I believe) was shipped in error. Someone placed a very small garment in a bag inadvertently and that bag was mailed to me. I also stated that concern in my email.
The 2nd garment was a 'Azteca Tank Top In Colorful Vintage Print ' blouse. It too, was extremely small. Heads-up ,Ladies,, if you view this garment online, the picture is misleading. It appears there may be small tassels on it, it's not! It's print ONLY. The material is very flimsy.. In the process of trying to return the garment for an exchange, it was so bizarre because the shipments came from 2 different companies, but their customer service response was very similar. Company #2, response was written as though my email was read through some type of automation, which keyed in on certain words. Their response to my email, was requesting information that I had already given them in the original.
I will NEVER,,,EVER order anything else from this site. I never experienced this type of poor service from my other online shopping site, which I won't mention by name..

I placed an order for two pairs of earrings, received one pair and paid for both, I keep emailing them to find out why Ali haven’t received the second pair, no response, they don’t have a phone where you can call, their customer service is none existent. Please don’t risk your money.

Is ***.com a complete scam to get your ID and credit card information? They claim an NYC location. *** search the "Ship To" address on their return form and you see: Mo Z ***,***, IN ***. Search that info and you get a residential property in the middle of nowhere. Huh??? They've ripped me off--with sub-par quality merchandise and exorbitant return postage both times I've used them. Online buyers beware.

OpenSky provided this response to my comment: "Whenever return postage is exorbitant, we recommend that the customer return the item on their own for a possible lesser cost. We only request to be informed of the returned tracking number...What a shame OpenSky doesn't provide this helpful hint on its website. I scoured its articles on product returns and saw no mention of how to counter exhorbitant return postage.
