I have ordered times from this company. Three of those orders were returned. I ordered a health monitor and received a rubber band weaving kit. Following their instructions to return, I've been getting an error message that the page is unavailable. Buyer beware. No live customer service.

I opened a card with Open Sky. Over the course of my card being sent to me in the mail, BEFORE I EVEN ACTIVATED MY CARD, I was issued a late fee because of the annual fee that was charged. My card wasn't even usable, I hadn't even activated it yet, and upon activation I wasn't even notified of the late fee. Now I have a thirty day late notice on my credit for a credit card that wasn't even activated when the thirty day late notice was issued! To make matters worse, BOTH times that I called customer service to ask about the rationale of this, I was told that I could FAX my complaint to them and someone would look into it, and rudely told that I should have read the small print prior to ordering their card. Absolutely would steer clear of these guys at all costs.

Wish I'd seen this first. Did not receive my credits off the price they charged more than it was supposed to be. Sent a shirt when I ordered a maxi dress them want to charge me $9 to return it.

I returned 2 items for exchange and they received them January 31. To date I have not heard from them nor received replacements. I am now out the money and believe this company should be investigated for fraud. There is no phone number to call them and I have already submitted 2 emails to no avail.

Buyer BEWARE! I purchased two Finglerlings for my children from OpenSky during the Christmas season. One of them arrived in an open box and has never worked. Additionally, I noticed that I paid double what they are being sold for in stores. Since ordering from this online retailer I have been inundated with emails from employment agancies who find work for housekeepers on the east coast. Then about 2 weeks ago my bank contacted me about possible fraudulent purchases for hotel rooms, Uber’s, and Applebee’s made with my card in New York! This is the only online purchase I made for gifts this year so I have no doubt in my mind that this company fraudulently used my personal information and bank card. DO NOT make purchases from this online retailer!

OpenSky does not share email addresses with other companies. We are a secured platform that provides protection for online transactions. Also, we do not share customer billing information. Card fraud can happen online and at any physical location your card is used. We wish you luck in resolving this issue.

I ordered an item from them. I tracked it, and they stated that it was delivered. Turns out it was delivered to the point of origin. When I tried to reach customer service, it told me to contact the tracker. The tracker, ***, did as instructed. They sent it to the address in Georgia. I contacted Open Sky several times by email and never received a response. So I am filing a complaint with my state Secretary of State.

We have been in contact with *** about the missing item. An incorrect tracking number was supplied. The correct tracking number is ***. It appears that the item was delivered on 12/18/2017. We are happy to follow up with *** on this issue, and have provided her full information by email.

This was my first (and last!) experience with this company.
I did a search for a gift that I wanted to get my kids for Christmas. Other retailers had them, but were out of stock until after Christmas. I found OpenSky had them and decided to check it out.
The toys that I was looking for (Fingerlings) were $14.99 at most retailers, OpenSky had them priced at over $30. I couldn't believe the mark-up and decided not to buy, but then I got an offer on my screen that said I was eligible to get $10 off per item. This made the product more reasonable, and I decided to order.
I got to the order screen, the 2 toys were in my cart and the price was there, and there was a -$10.00 under each. It then said I was being granted an additional $6 off my order.
Looking over my cart, it had each line item priced at $32. Under each item it had -$10.00 then -$3.00 and the total was approximately $40 plus tax. I put in my card info and ordered. Suddenly, the price changed to reflect only the $3.00 off per item, instead of $13.00. I ended up paying over $60.
I emailed the company right away, and told them what happened. They wrote me back each time. First they simply apologized saying that their prices often change quickly. I explained that even if that is the case, it shouldn't change when it is in the cart, on the order screen and I'm putting in my payment information! The next reply stated that there was never a $10.00 off offer. I beg to differ. This is simply not true. The amounts were right in front of me, and there absolutely WAS a ten dollars off offer making this product around $20 apiece, which is closer to the regular retail price of $14.99.
This was a clear case of "BAIT and SWITCH". I was given one price, put in my card numbers and VOILA, the price increased and I was charged. I emailed them back and forth and they made it clear that they would not honor their original deal. They did offer me a return with a refund.
I am happy to say that as of today, my money was refunded. I was nervous about this, and waited until I got my refund before I posted my review. I am thankful that I received my money back!
Honestly, I wish I would've read these reviews before I purchased. This was, by far, the shadiest online shopping experience I have ever had. I am just thankful that it worked out in the end.

I placed an order over 2 weeks before Christmas for my son. Every other order placed much later was received before Christmas, except this one. On De. 28 I received an email from Open Sky stating my order was delivered via *** and the address I gave was on this email and correct. I, being at the address, checked for the delivery, even went to the mailbox to check - nothing was delivered. I clicked on the tracking and the package was delivered to not only the wrong address but the wrong state. I called the *** and they said that there was nothing they could do because the address the package was delivered to was what Open Sky sent them. She went on to saying that Open Sky may have mixed up addresses or it was a SCAM. After many emails and an attempt to call them, I believe it is a scam. Sadly I know how to let me son know that he will not be receiving that last gift. I am beyond frustrated.

Ordered a product and have not received it as of yet. My delivery tracking information shows delivered to somewhere in Geargia. My delivery address is in California. Have tried numerous times to contact anyone in customer service and it is impossible. Non existent customer service. Your gambling with your money wether you will receive your order. Take head of all negative reviews prior to doing business with this company.

I placed an order before christmas of 4 items. All 4 shipped 10 days prior to Christmas with delivery dates from 12/21-12/24. At this time 12/27 I still have not received entire order. One item arrived yesterday, the day after Christmas. There is still one item that according to OpenSkys site was shipped to DHL 12/21 with delivery set for 12/23. It is still showing as at warehouse. The tracking number Open Sky provided is not valid. I emailed Open Sky to get a correct tracking number and ask if they can find out why the item seems like its still in a warehouse. When you email the company the ask you to fill out a form and detail the issue. The only response is a standard generated statement. The general email asks you to reply if it doesn't answer your questions, which I did. All I received was the same response already emailed to me. There is no phone number. They do not tell you who the actual seller is, or how to get a hold of them. Still waiting to find out whats going on with my last item.

OpenSky is AWFUL! Item was ordered in time for holidays. they said it will be shipped 12/18, then on 12/22 I tried to track it & it said "item returned to seller" I wrote 5 times to customer service, all I get back is a form letter telling me to just respond to this email if you have further ?s, and again they don't answer & I get the same form letter. I want a credit, can't get an answer. AWFUL!!!!!!!!

I have received two products from OpenSky that are unrecognizable from the photos on line. I paid over $50.00 for a jacket that is nonsense---cheaply made, poor quality, AND the wrong size. (unless XL is a Little People size.) I cannot find the way to return it. The purse, which looked really nice in the photos, is a piece of garbage not fit for a dollar store.

Scam, showed picture of real lol dolls. One had glitter hair in picture and was sent obvious fake dolls with painted on boots that don't remove and solid color hair for the doll that had the glitter hair in the picture. Not very legal or moral.

After ordering several items from this company. If you have a problem, “No One is Accountable”. There is no customer service. If you happen to find a number, that number want lead you to a real person. I have (2) of (4) items that all have tracking information. However when calling the company that show have the order to be delivered. They don’t have orders to deliver. But the information about the items ordered, all show delivered and that’s that. Why I have paid for items that I don’t have. If I rate this company from (1-10) 10 being the best, I rate OpenSky a Big(-5)! Should not be doing business anywhere!

I ordered sheets and jewelry from this online store. All of the items were not like the pictures posted and of poor quality. I bought a set of bedsheets and they are of the cheapest quality. They were advertised as super soft and of 1800 thread count. They feel like sandpaper. I now will be charged almost half of what I paid in order to return the items. This was a complete scam. I wish I had read their Revdex.com rating.

Ordered a product online and after 4 days of not hearing from OpenSky about delivery information, I emailed and they answered that it takes 4 days to ship the product. On the 5th day I received a cancellation notice with no explanation why they have cancelled the order. I emailed again asking for the reason ,and also how soon will I get the credit on my card. They responded that the product was out of stock and I will get my credit in 3 days.
When online to find a new vendor and the product was still for sale, when I asked again, they answered they were going to contact the seller to remove the from the website.
Got my credit back in 3 days which was a concern.
