I was charged twice for subscription that I did not sign up for. I made a one time purchase and now I am getting with two monthly subscription fees.
I ordered one product on July 4 from 2020 OPTI Keto farms. I ended up receiving two products but didn't return the one I did not order because the charge was only for about $7.00. On August 21 I was hit with 2 charges of almost $90.00 each. When I called the phone number linked to the charges they said that I had signed up for a monthly subscription which I did not. There was no indication that this was a subscription service or if there was it was hidden.

I would like to see the company shut down or not allowed to do business in the united states.

Product received > 30 days from order date which disqualifies me for a refund.
Ordered 6/18/20 (order # XXXXXXXX), product not shipped until 7/9 and was received 7/18. Called for a return authorization and was told it wasn't returnable because of time. I was charged 3 different charges: $198.70, $1.99, and $34.98, all on 6/18. For those charges, I should have received 3 products, but only received 1. I called 3 times to get return numbers, the last being 8/5. I spoke with Abby in Customer Care at 855-669-3182. She was obviously reading something telling me that she could not help me, further shipments would not be charged, then immediately hung up. Now, when I call, I have been put on hold indefinitely

I received a message today that products that I did not order are being sent to me. I have spent hours with them cancelling any charges and products.
I received a text message today that "ur
keeto f!t" was being shipped. Their text came from 1 667 866-1481.Tracking number oqtpa.com. This is a scam! I did not order anything.
The tracking leads back to OPTI Farms.
Notice their incorrect spelling!

Never did want anything from this company keeps charging me and no one to speak to now my account is over drawn this company is fraudulent.
Nothing was ever received and nor did I request this product.

I received a package from there. But I found that someone used my credit card fraudulently and I had to charge of them even though I didn't order.
These charges were made on November 3rd, 2019. I had two charges both on the same day from the same vendor. The first was for $59.85 and the second was for $199.99. The vendor's name was "Ultra Fast Pure Keto" and my credit card payment company name said "keto BHB max". So I asked for help in my school police. She called this vendor and they stated that they would not take the supplements back. The vendor said that the email given was ***@gmail.com. But I'm not familiar with the email address at all. So they agreed to send me 35% of my money back. My credit card number is XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX and bank is CITI Bank of South Korea. I don't know exact number of the model but I attached my package, police report and my credit card payment evidence.

I think it is evident crime that someone abused my credit card and I want to return them and refund full price of them.

Hello,

we have searched for this customer by name, email and credit card number (that the customer provided) and we are unable to find these transactions.

Furthermore, the price points of $59.85 & $199.99 do not match up with any of our price points, nor does the company name of keto BHB max. We also do not sell anything with the name "ultra fast pure keto."

Although we'd be more than happy to provide a refund, it seems these transactions don't belong to us and therefore we are unable to do so.

We know that there are a lot of "keto" products online and we believe you may have reached out to the wrong company.

If you have any other information to provide, we'd be more than happy to look some more into it, but these transactions do not look like ours.

I ordered a sample I received it then I got email stating they were sending me more product I cancelled it they still charged my bank card of 89.95
I called opti farms they said it would be refunded to my account if my bank would contact them they did not ~stating I authorized it? This is wrong especially senior citizens on a fixed income

The trial ended on 7/23/19 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial, they were subsequently charged for the original shipment on 8/2, $89.95.

On 8/06/19, the customer called in stating that she had filed a dispute with her credit card company and therefore was advised to call back with her bank on the line as we are not able to provide refunds until the dispute is resolved and/or cancelled. The customer did call back again on 8/7, 8/9 and 11/12 requesting a refund but since the bank had not made a final decision yet on the dispute, they were not able to provide a refund.

We have gone ahead and provided a refund even though the dispute has not completely been resolved yet. Please see below for refund confirmations. The refunds should reflect on customer's account within 3 to 7 business days.

When I ordered both keto and cleanse I paid for each s+h... when it was time to cancel because I had not used what I had, I called and canceled throug
Automated service. It was done. I cancelled the shipment of each...I thought. So ...I went on with life, and then received yet another bottle of the "cleanse". I had already cancelled all services. Therefore I quickly wrote,..."Refused, return to sender ".

Then I still received a $+-98.00 ch as the on my card.
I called into customer service, the rep stated that I had to actually speak to someone to cancel the cleanse . However upon calling into the automated, it doesn't tell you that!

According to our records, customer ordered our Opti Farms Keto cleanse and diet on a 14-day trial basis on 5/21/19 and paid the shipping and handling fees of $4.95 and $5.95. The trial ended on 6/04/19 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial, they were subsequently charged for the original shipments, $89.95 for the diet and $85.95 for the cleanse, and then again on 7/5/19 for $91.90 for the cleanse.

On 6/21/19, the customer did cancel her subscription for the diet through our automated system but it seems she did not for the cleanse, which was why she was charged again on 7/5/19. On 11/9, the customer called in regarding the charges and stated that she had filed a dispute against them. Due to this, the customer was told to call back with the bank on the line.

We sincerely apologize for the troubles the customer has gone through. We have gone ahead and sent out a refund check in the amount of $267.80 ($85.95, $89.95, $91.90).

A pop-up ad appeared saying that "Shark Tank supported this new product, OPTI-FARMS KETO" (I later found this to be false advertising) For a $ 4.95 charge for S/H customer can receive free trial. I also was sure to read the policy on CANCELLING any further subscription to receiving a monthly shipment within a certain time frame. I talked to my medical team and it was decided this would NOT be a good product for me. I CANCELLED within the time frame. I received a canellation letter saying this is cancelled however an $89.95 charge showed up on my credit card. I NEVER RECEIVED ANY SHIPMENT OF PRODUCT TO CORRESPOND TO THIS CHARGE. I STARTED THE PROCESS WITH (MY) VISA.

Please allow 10-14 business days for arrival. The check was mailed out 10/9 so it should probably arrive to your home by end of week or early next week.

Cancelled product but they keep shipping and charging me for it.
I Called Opti Farms and cancelled my order after first shipment. The next month I got another shipment. I called the number provided and was told my shipment had been cancelled but did I want to renew? The next month the same thing thing happened. This time I called and talked to a person who said my order had not been cancelled. I told her that the automated phone system told me it had been cancelled. I told her that was fraud and I was going to report it. She then lied to me and said she could only return half my last charge. I told her I wanted the money back for both the last two shipments. She then said, after some heated conversation, she would refund the whole $91.90 of this last shipment.

I want the other $91.90 from the shipment before returned also.

To have a recording tell you have been cancelled when you haven't and they keep on charging you, is gross fraud in my book.If they want the product back, they can have it. It is unopened and ready for return.

Mischarged, WASTE OF MONEY
I ordered my free trial of Opti Farm Keto and check no to the cleanse and was still charged. I though I would try it out but made sure I cancelled the account before I was charged again. I called the number provided on the both shipment notifications: 877-201-2425 & 877-201-2423. I was charged $23 to cancel my account and thought I was done because it was linked to both accounts. Little did I know I was recently charged again , $91.90. I thought my card was compromised and called to cancel my account once again. I spoke with Tiffany who offered two discounts after I asked for a full refund and cancellation multiple times. She said they do not refund pills. She finally canceled my account and said I would receive an email. I haven't received an email and feel completely scammed and scared I will continuously be charged. I have the unopened bottle that I WANT REFUNDED. My cancellation confirmation number is CXXXXXXX. REFUND MY MONEY for $91.90

I was wrongly charged for something that I did not order, then was charged again for an "after charge" that was not previously mentioned.
On July 8, 2019 when I initially ordered this keto product I was also charged for a secondary cleanse product that I did not order. So far, I find this product disappointing, no results despite consistent usage or product as listed on bottles. On August 2, 2019 I noticed multiple pending charges on my credit card for $85.95 and $89.95. When I called customer support, they stated that these were "after charges" that I had to pay because I did not cancel my order within the first 14 day trial period and I ended up canceling a subscription that I did not sign up for. I called customer service a second time, I stated that I was not at all satisfied with the product itself and was requesting a refund due to the unsatisfactory results of the product and for all the hidden charges and subscription that were not mentioned previously. They said they would give me a 50% refund then hung up on me. I received an email saying they would refund me $44.97 on one of the charges.

I signed up for a free trial and it did not say I would be billed 90/bottle on a subscription if I didn't call and cancel.
Saw an add on Facebook in June and thought I might try it since it was only $5 a bottle to try. When ordering I did not see anything that said it was a subscription and once it was over I'd be getting the items in the mail and charged again for 90/bottle. Now I have charges for 2 bottles on my account. I called the business they refuse to allow me to send the items unopened to them for a refund.

I would like to return and be refunded for the items. I've seen this scam going on all over the internet from other users in the same situation.

On 08/01/2019 our the customer contacted our customer service team, which made it difficult for the customer to cancel and receive a refund. We are re-educating these customer service reps and plan to set a new policy in place that will ensure this doesn't not happen to our current customer or future customers. I only accept because of the refund. I didn't make it difficult to get a refund both people I talked to said there would not and they could not refund. So please take your lies elsewhere. This company is so dishonest it's disgusting. Did I get difficult because I was REFUSED a complete refund? Absolutely I think anyone would in my situation when you just got scammed for 180 of your hard earned money. I will be lodging another complaint if my refund does not come through.

SCAM: OPTI FARMS has a serious issue with 'truth in advertising' offering a 'free sample offer' that shadily rolls-into an $89.95 subscription service
I purchased online, a sample bottle of OPTI FARMS 'Advanced Blend KETO Weight Loss' dietary supplement for $4.95. The merchant 'piggy-backed' an order for 'Premium Mango Cleanse' dietary supplement without my consent or knowledge.

10-days after that purchase, I incurred a charge for $89.95 (an alleged enrollment in a monthly subscription service) that I gave no consent for or possessed any knowledge of.

This sequence of events was brought to my attention by CHASE Executive Security Services and they flagged the transaction as FRAUD.

They provided me with two numbers to call and air my concerns (cancel).

I did so the same day.

Although I am pleased that OPTI FARMS (or whatever name they are operating under today) cancelled the disputed recurring subscription service and charges related thereto:

The fact remains this was an unauthorized and 'fraudulent' on its face transaction that was intended to mislead and misinform. The merchant 'piggy-backed' an additional $5.95 product that I did not order or want. It was packaged in a manner that you accepted 'by default' in order to move forward and complete the process, as there was no other way to proceed.

It is sneaky, disengenious and fraudulent on its face.

This merchant knows exactly what they are doing. So does Chase Bank. So do I. This merchant is not fooling anybody. They prey on the innocent and hope that the customer will simply not notice. They continue to conduct business in this shoddy manner quite simply because 'it works.'

That does not make it right.

They should not be allowed to process credit cards due to their extroidinarily high dispute rate.

Processing a full-refund and cancelling the disputed recurring subscription service, although somewhat honorable, does not excuse their shoddy business practices and fraudulent actions.

Their Revdex.com rating is what it is for good and valid reasons.

They are SCAM ARTISTS and I hope that the Revdex.com will do everything in their power to inform the public and make them aware of this merchants 'shoddy business practices.'

Product was advertised as a free trial and automatically enrolled in renewal without express consent!
There are several issues with Opti Keto Farms (the Company) product and practices:
1) Opti Keto Weight loss was advertised as a free trial requiring only S&H charge of $4.95
2) The company offered Premium Mango Cleanse for an additional charge for which I did not see an option to decline. Proceeded with order under 1)
3) Company sent both products charging S&H for each even though they arrived in the same envelope.
4) I experienced severe indigestion and stopped taking the product after 2 days.
5) When I called the customer service to report this, an automated message informed me that I am enrolled in a subscription which was never presented to me during the order process! In addition, in order to cancel the subscription, the Company's IVR offered 2 options: pay $28.95 for the product sent OR return the remaining portion of the product to avoid charges! This was supposed to be a free trial.
6) No return label or address was provided to ship the product back.
7) None of the terms were expressly presented to me and I gave no consent neither for the second product nor for the subscription auto enrolment.
This is an absolute scam and there should be a warning against Opti Keto Farms if not a more serious consequence.

Desired Outcome

There is nothing wrong developing a supplement that may or may not yield benefit. However, false advertising a free trial and trapping consumers into expensive subscription is absolutely unacceptable. There was no confirmation offered. There was no acknowledgment of the terms of your free trial offered. There was no explanation of cancellation options (but that would raise an alarm and many would not fall for your tactic). Lastly, even after I agreed to send the product back, you did not provide a return address or a shipping label. Your product gave me an severe indigestion and I have stopped taking it after 2 days. You need to provide me with a return label. You also need to modify your sales practices and stop scamming consumers. State clearly and upfront what your "free trial" entails. State clearly what the terms of your subscription are and seek consent. Disguising terms and conditions is absolutely unacceptable. Dishonesty and lack of integrity cannot be the principles of your business model. It will not last. This is one expensive "free trial" and a big lesson learned.

I did manage to speak to a call center representative today (7/23/2019) who informed me that their automated system is wrong and that I do not need to return the product as they have no returns processing in place. She was confused why I received that automated message and why I was emailed an "RMA Notification". This agent also confirmed my subscription for both products was cancelled and that I would be not be charged any additional fees. If this is true, I consider the matter of my "free trial" issue resolved, however, I would still like to see the company change their web / mobile web sales practices as laid out in my complaint. The company should also fix its automated response system IF the agent's version of the "free trial" process is correct. Thank you.

This page only provides the buyer a method to purchase a sample for shipping and handling. No warnings or other enrollment data is anywhere on this page. When I saw the charge 14 days later, which is actually less than the trial period, I called and asked for the charge to be reversed and opted out of this ludicrous secret enrollment. When I asked where on the order page, invoice and shipping reciept it stated I had been enrolled, they gave me a different website that had these enrollment terms, for different product. When I said, this wasn't correct, since I only wanted a sample and not to be enrolled, OptiFarms said, well too bad, I cannot reverse the charge. Additionally, the terms and conditions, are buried on the bottom of the page, and does not show the enrollment unless you specifically click this link. The enrollment should not be automatic, you should have to opt in and not be fooled by hiding the links.

Desired Outcome

I want my money back, and I want there to be a law that forces this type of enrollement practice to be an opt into instead of having to call and opt out of. This is a scam, I actually looked for the opt out on the webpage, and couldn't find it initially. After, talking with service, I found it.

The product said pay shipping and get a free trial. The product was garbage. I cancelled with in the trial period, and they charged me.

It said I did not need to return the unused portion. The next day, they charged me $85.95. I tried to talk to a live person, but all I get is automated systems. This is such a HUGE SCAM! I am disputing with my credit card company, but want others informed.

I ordered a sample product on 5/28/19 and received. I was then billed a $89.95 Subscription Fee on 6/14/19. Cancelled 6/13/19 & requested refund.
I ordered a sample product on 5/28/19 and received. On 6/14/19 I noticed a "Pending" charge for $89.95 to NSGARCINIAMETAGOLD and contacted my bank. They advised it appeared as a Subscription and provided me the phone number: 877-769-9507. I immediately called and learned they signed me up for some type of Subscription. I spoke with Natalie and cancelled and requested a refund to my credit card.

On June 19, 2019, I wrote to Opti Farms Keto Customer Support on Cancellation Notices #XXXXXXX & #XXXXXXX. I requested a copy of any authorization they had pertaining to this $89.95 Subscription Charge. I did not recall making any authorization to this company other than the original shipping charges for their products on 5/28/19.

I also offered to return the "unopened and sealed bottles" of their product ... this is VERY Misleading Advertising on their part!!

This company charged my account for merchandise that was never received. The bank dispute read that I have authorized payment yet never received it.
Keto Diet and Cleanse that have a 14 day trial period, you don't receive the items and now you pay regardless. This is illegal and considered stealing my money yet the bank and the company tell me to continue to call each other. I'm out $178 and no one cares. Poor Customer Service.

I would like to know when and where this item I am charged for has been delivered to, I do not have the product and feel I have been robbed of my money. Trial period or not I have never received it.

On 5/12/19, the customer filed a chargeback with her financial institution and won the case. Due to this, we are unable to provide any further refunds as the customer was already awarded the amount.

I did not win the case with the bank, they reversed the charges during the time of the dispute but have resubmitted the charges again on June 24th two charges of $89.95 and $85.95. When I called the bank they told me to call and dispute with the company. The company told me the dispute decision was made and nothing can be done on their end. I'm at a loss of $178 and no merchandise. This is unacceptable. The bank does not have the money the money was collected and sent to the company. I can get a print out from the bank and show you these transactions.

the order taking se4rvice refused to honor your 90 day warranty, and refused to refund charges appearing on my bank account on 4/15/19. One for 85.95, and another for 89.95.Both of these charges are well within the 90 days. I spoke to Shimaya, the supervisor, she refused to refund all of my money.I estimate the purchase date, starting the free trial, to be around 4/1/19, order #s, XXXXXXX, XXXXXXX. The last time I contacted them, they said that they could refund the money, but I would have to get a three way call with my bank.?? I paid by visa debit card

when the website markets a 90 day full satisfaction guarantee, or you get your money back, I expect it to honor it and return all of the money, for purchases, within that 90 days. While i am pleased that you have refunded may and june charges, you have refused to complete the transaction , by including the april charges. The initiation of the contract was around april 1, and today is 6/18, well within the 90 days.

On 6/14/19 & 6/18/19, the customer called in stating that he read a statement saying that we had a 90 day money back guarantee. Our customer service team explained our 14-day free trial terms and conditions, but the customer continued to demand for a refund. In the end, our customer service team did provide a refund for his 2 orders in June and May (refund confirmations below). Since we want our customers to be completely satisfied, we have gone ahead and sent paper checks for the 2 April charges *** $85.95, XXXXXXX $89.95).
