I cancelled because product was a fraud,not what was advertised,they billed me again almost 2 weeks later for $85.95 and I'm still waiting for refund
I placed an order the 31 may 2019 , product arrived I noticed immediately it was NOT the product and brand they had advertised . I immediately called and cancelled ( they have record of my cancellation) I was told since product was due to be shipped I had to take it and I could cancel again any future shipments . I refused and demanded a manager .The manager at first offered me 50% refund from the $85.95 charges I told her NO I want a full refund of entire charge and reminded her they had already charged me $28.95 to cancel in first place . She said ok she will make full refund of $85.95 .told me it would take 3-5 business days ... why I ask when they sure sucked it out of my account in a matter of seconds

According to our records, customer ordered our Opti Farms Keto cleanse and diet on a 14-day trial basis on 5/24/19 and paid the shipping and handling fees of $4.95 and $5.95. The trial ended on 6/08/19 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial, they were subsequently charged for the original shipments, $85.95 for the cleanse and a discounted rate of $28.71 for the Keto Diet (normally $89.95). On 6/10/19, the customer called in stating that the product she ordered was not the same as the product on shark tank. We apologize if the customer got confused with the product from shark tank as we are not affiliated with them. Due to this, the customer received a refund of $85.95 and was asked to wait 3-7 business days for the refund to reflect on her card. The refund confirmation is below.
Furthermore, we have also refunded $28.71 as well as we want the customer to be completely happy. Refund confirmation is below. The refunds should reflect on customer's account within 3 to 7 business days.

Cancellation of Order; Continued Billing
I received two orders from the company: XXXXXXX and XXXXXXX.
I cancelled both.
The company has NOT provided a mailing address and/or label to return unused product so I returned via return receipt USPS to confirm delivery to the *** Huntington Beach CA 92649 address.
I am filing this complaint and am also alerting my credit card company to this fraud.

Began trial on4/30. Was never told about a 2 week period. It said free trial. Also my friend was charged 79.95 for same prod.very arbitrary with prices.
I want my money back.
