commit to our 14 day free trial, our customers have to affirm and acknowledge the terms & conditions for our autoship program by marking the T&C check-boxes. According to our records,customer ordered our Skin Cream and Eye Serum on a 14 day trial basis back on 05/18/2017 and paid the shipping and handling fees of $4.99 and $4.95.The trial expired on 06/01/2017 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 06/01/2017 $89.92 for the Skin Cream and $79.95 for the Eye Serum.  Customer contacted our Customer Service on 06/02/2017 and requested for the subscription to be cancelled, which we did .However we feel for our customer’s concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus we will be providing full refunds for the charge on 06/01/2017,$89.92 for the Skin Cream and $79.95 for the Eye Serum for any misunderstanding when placing the order.Here are the refund confirmations: $89.92 Trans ID:[redacted] dated 06/07/2017.      $79.95 Trans ID:[redacted] dated 6/07/2017. Refunds should reflect on customer’s account within 3 to 7 business days.Please relay this information to our customer and feel free to let us know should you have further questions.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. I feel that there is a deception in the advertising of this product. I'm not the only consumer who was lead to believe that this was a free sample with the only charge being the shipping. Any verbage of a "trial period" and then having to pay for the original  "free product" if you don't cancel is deceitful. How can it be free and then you get charged the full fee? There is no additional product sent out for that charge. These businesses need to be held accountable for honest advertising. I appreciate them refunding my money. There will be more people with this same issue if they leave their advertising the way it is. Thank you.

Due to no cancellation the autoship program took effect.The following month on 08/26/2017 the customer was charged for new shipments, $89.92 for the Garcinia and $79.95 for the Cleanse.Customer contacted our Customer Service on 08/24/2017 and requested for the subscription to be cancelled, which we did...We also offered the customer free shipments, which the customer also accepted and has received them. However we feel for our customer’s concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus we will be providing the following refunds, $89.92 for the Garcinia charged on 07/24/201, the remaining $19.99 for the Cleanse charged on 08/24/2017, and $79.95 for the Cleanse charged on 07/24/2017 for any misunderstanding when placing the order.Customer will receive the $19.99 and $79.95 via check the remaining will be refunded back to the customer’s account.Here are the refund confirmations:$89.92 Trans ID:[redacted] dated 09/13/2017.      $79.95 Via Check 09/13/2017. $19.99 Via Check 09/13/2017. The trial expired on 08/18/2017 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 08/18/2017 $89.92 for the garcinia and $79.95 for the mango cleanse.The customer had contacted our Customer Service on 08/21/2017 and requested for the subscription to be cancelled. We immediately granted the request and cancelled the account. The customer was also requesting a refund so our Customer Service issued a courtesy refund $31.47 for the garcinia and $27.98 for the mango cleanse which the customer accepted.However we feel our customers concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus we will be providing the remaining refund $58.45 for the garcinia and $51.97 for the mango cleanse charged on 08/18/2017.
