Do not do business with this company, *** *** called and called me wanting to modify my home and he never did what he had promised to doWe payed dollars in a month period for the so called attorney fees which he called the legal team I would ask for attorney names and he would never comply Optima Audit Corp is a fake company that scams hard working people our of their money There Web page is made by godaddy.com, if you ever get a call from this place be sure to hang up and don't answer your phone *** *** and *** are rotten peopleThey have no compassion in their souls for anyone besides themselves Next will be consumer affairs

It is unfortunate to see this kind of statement being made by Mrs***We diligently completed a Loan Audit that took a few weeks, and communicated the results to her lenderAt that point we were informed that she had filed bankruptcy without informing us and a court case was pending
regarding her status
We provided a product which is a Loan Audit of her current mortgageThis is very clearly stated on the agreement that she signed, and we completed our part of the agreementIf Mrs*** *** informed us clearly regarding her court case, we would not accept her file and perform a Loan AuditHowever, she kept that information from us and we in return completed the Manually Underwritten Loan Audit, as was agreed to do so
She can feel free to contact us during business hours to discuss this further

The client used the loan audit we provided and received a settlement loan agreement from the lenderPer our agreement we stood by our loan audit and the client was able to negotiate a new loan term with their lenderOur part of the agreement was more than fulfilled, the product was provided and we
are not sure why the client would complain if they were able to bring the lender to the negotiating table and complete a new loan agreement with the lenderIf the client like to contact us, we will be more than happy to go over our agreement terms and the fact that they were able to receive a negotiated term with their lender is a positive result.Best Regards*** *Optima Audit Corp

Review: I was contacted by Optima Audit Corporation in June 2015 claiming to be able to modify my mortgage that was in default and reduce my payments significantly and reduce my interest to 2%. They also claimed that they would be able to greatly reduce my second mortgage to a small monthly amount or arrange a settlement of just a few percent of the balance. I provided all the necessary documentation they asked for and paid them $1500.00 in four payments of $375.00. After the last payment to them, I only heard from them once by text. They said that the parties involved would be meeting in September 2015 and that I would know the final arrangement of the modifications by the end of September. Since then, I have had no contact from Optima Audit Corporation. I have e-mailed and called them multiple time and have had no response! I am know facing foreclosure on my house thanks to their treachery and ill advice. I was told not to contact my mortgage handler or pay them any money since Optima was modifying my loan. Since they have not done the modification as they promised, I'm now going to loose my home due to their inaction and fraudulent practices.Desired Settlement: Complete the loan modifications to both mortgages as started. Keep me from losing my home. Or refund my $1500.00.

Review: They called me a year ago to get help with mortgage . I sent in all paperwork and paid them $1500 to get everything started. They did all the processing and said everything was good and it should all be done by Feb 2015. It is now Sept 2015 and there is still nothing done. I have been emailing and calling them at least once a week and my wife has been calling and even faxed them with no call back or email from them. I have emailed [redacted] and [redacted] s. Numerous times and called the main 1-800 number and ext.** for [redacted]. I emailed last week and told them to get back with me by today or I was filling a complaint with Revdex.com still now call back.Desired Settlement: Get contacted by company to know what is going on with home loan mod and to get the modification done asap. It has already been ** months since the start of process. And I already paid the $1500 they wanted to start the program. And I at least want updates on the process. I had no problems contacting them or them contacting me in the beginning

Review: We were contacted by a represented from Optima Audit Corp, [redacted] in late August 2015, who informed us that he is with a federally funded agency and would be able to help us in our time of need. We are in active forclosure and was told that if we work with this individual we will be brought 100% current on the mortgage loan and were given different options that we qualify for to help save our home which were, Interest Rate Reduction, Prinicpal Balance Reduction and Loan Term Extension. We were sent paperwork to fill out and were asked to send several documents back which were paycheck stubs, bank statement, federal tax filed in 2014, W-2;s and our mortgage documents. We were also told they needed $1,500 as part as their fee. Unfortuanetly we sent all the requested documents and money. The money was transerrfed into a Bank of the West account. At first our communication was good with the individual any time I called he would answer the phone and assist. But, after he received the money the communication died down and I was not able to get a hold of him for a week or so. [redacted] than got in touch with me and said "he was in a training". We were than requested to sign more documents from a HUD program. After sending them I have not heard from him. I have left many messages and e-mails with no response back. I called the toll free number provided and press "0" for operator assistance and there is no way to talk to a live individual. The only working extension number that works is 10 and that takes you to a voicemail for [redacted]. We are very concerened as this individual has our social security numbers for my husband, myself and children.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back ($1,500) and for someone to start an investigation on this company or individual as they are a scam. We would like for this company or individual to face a consequence.

Review: Contacted by Optima Audit Corporation to help us modify our home mortgage under the Making Home Affordable Program. We paid them $1500.00 up front and nothing was done. We have several email communications telling us they have been in contact with our lender and everything is going well. We are now about to loose our home as our lender has sent the matter to an attorney. Since the start of this supposed business transaction my husband has been diagnossed with cancer and can no longer. I have heart disease and cannot work. We have no where to go. We will be out on the street.Desired Settlement: We feel we should be refunded the $1500.00 we paid for services that were never completed. Our current lender told us they were never contacted by this company, even though we were told the opposite. Also, they should pay the fees we have to pay now, even though we will shortly suffer the loss of our home. If we had not followed through with the instructions from Optima Audit Corporation we would have found free programs for the modication process. When asked about this Opitma told us their company was much faster and we would not have to worry about any legal fee. We realize now it was just a scam and we should not have been so trusting. But we should not have to pay for a company that knowingly takes money from anyone, in any form by lying.

Review: We were contacted by Optima Audit Corp in February of 2015 and told that they were a non-profit organization that could help us get a loan modification for our home through Federally sponsored programs. After providing information we were told that they had been contacted by the bank and that we were approved for for a loan modification. When we asked if the modification was guaranteed we were told that it was. We were told that we would have our modification and new payments by July 2015. We sent them $1500 in three payments which they said was for the attorneys to halt any foreclosure processes until the modification was complete. We had to pay more money to an attorney to file bankruptcy to halt the foreclosure process because they couldn't stop it, so not quite sure what the $1500 was for. They were great at communicating and walking us through the process until the final check was cashed. I have left several messages and sent several e-mails and have had no response as to what if anything is happening. I received a phone call from the bank this morning and they informed me that there was no activity on my account since March when a denial for modification was issued. If they can do what they say and this is for real then why don't they respond to requests for information. You can never reach a live person when you call and messages are never returned. I believe this is just another company scamming desperate homeowners out of money they can't afford with promises of things they can't deliver.Desired Settlement: I want them to deliver on their guarantee of a modification or refund the money paid for services never rendered.
