I am on the DO NOT MAIL listing and received a pre-printed letter from MAP Capital Group, stamped signature of ***, Representative, MAP CAPITAL GROUP,*** The letter states they are a local real estate company that I believe it attempting to solicit the CASH FOR YOUR HOME type of sale.
I am appalled that ultimately whoever this is, is not a valid business and possibly looking to encourage people to sell their homes to them for less than their value or possibly worse.
I DO NOT WANT this agency to EVER contact me again especially when I am on the DO NOT MAIL/MARKETING LIST.

No further contact by the busi That this business stop their possible solicitation of homeowners selling as a 'CASH OFFER" purchase. I DO NOT WANT TO BE solicited by them ever. That is the purpose of the DO NOT MAIL/MARKET LIST. Obviously, they disregard that list and look for properties like opportunistic predators.
MAP Capital is an investment company that purchases houses in the area of central FL, we use public records to get our information. We truly respect people's privacy and *** property is already out of our contact list. He would not received any type of letter from our company.

When someone is on the DO NOT MAIL LIST any business should 'respect that person's right to not want any marketing brochures, mail, etc" instead of having their mailbox filled with junk mail that they do not want. An company should refer to the DO NOT MAIL LIST before sending mail out.
We do check the do not mail list before sending our marketing out. There must have been a mistake when sending the letter to the consumer. We truly respect people's privacy and we are making sure this would not happen again. Please excuse us for the misunderstanding.

Glad to hear this company will take extra measures to ensure those on the DO NOT MAIL LIST are not sent their brochures or other media print products.
