We had patio doors, windows and 2 dog doors installed at our home. The workmanship was fine but 1 patio was torn and another had to be ordered. The installer said he had put the work order in and the screen should be here within 2 weeks. After 4 weeks and no call from the company, I started calling about the screen door. For the next 2 weeks all I got were excuses and promises about the door. I had to call twice on the day it was supposed to be delivered. Robert, the project manager gave me excuses about why he couldn't give me a time about the screen, something he certainly could have done had he called back the first time. I would never recommend this company's service department to anyone. My only question is, if I have a problem with the windows will the company honor there guarantee that any problems will be fixed quickly and with no cost to me. Also how long will it take to fix any problems I have. From other complaints I have seen that it takes the company a while to fix and then they want to charge you.

I have been trying to contact Reliant Capital prior to June 25th (I only have June 25th and forward documented) about a minor issue on one of the windows they installed in my home in November 2017. I have been given the run around since the first time I have spoken to anyone there. I have documented everyone that I have spoken to and what they have said to me. On Wednesday, June 11th I spoke to the General *** this was the second time we spoke. *** was very rude, he proceeded to tell me that I was exaggerating the amount of times I have called and that he would not give me good customer service if I was not being honest with them. I was trying to speak and he would talk louder to the point that he was shouting at me on the phone. Instead of arguing back and forth I decided to hang up the phone. I called back a little later and asked to speak to the owner (***) I was told that he was not in that day and that he would be in touch with me soon. I called again today (July 13th) and again, *** was not available to speak to. This has now been 3 weeks of calling and not receiving any word back on when my window will be fixed or even talking to anyone about setting a time to get it fixed. So far the customer service has been less than pleasant and I am very disappointed with the way they are handling my minor issue. I have documentation that was provided at the original time of service explaining their "Lifetime Warranty".

Our records indicate that we received calls from the customer requesting a minor service on a window. We apologize to the customer that her calls were not all returned timely due to short staffing in the service department. The warranty item on her window was repaired on July 16, 2018 at no charge.

We had someone from this company give us an estimate for re-facing kitchen and bathroom cabinets in February 2018. The estimate was very high. However, the rep kept saying he could offer various discounts. We told the rep we wanted time to think about this and would get back to them. Since February we routinely receive 2-3 calls per week from this company. We have told them we are no longer interested in refacing the cabinets. They continue to call using different Phoenix phone numbers each time. We have told them that we will report them for harrassment, yet they still call. We have hung up on them, and they still call. When we see a Phoenix number that we do not recognize, we don't answer. They still call!! This company will harrass you beyond belief. After reading other reviews, I feel that we are not the only ones who have received this kind of treatment. We will never do business with this company, and neither should you!
