Review: On July **, 2013 I made an online purchase for two pairs of sunglasses. One pair of Prada sunglasses and another pair of Ray Bans. August ** the package from Optyca arrived but with only one pair of sunglasses, the Prada sunglasses. That afternoon, I emailed the support team at Optyca to let them know my whole order was not fulfilled. Quickly the team responded to my email and informed me that the pair of Ray Bans that I ordered were no longer manufactured. [redacted] from the support department told me that they had the same frames but in black if I wanted to switch my order. I agreed and they responded on August ** by telling me they would be shipped in 3-5 business days and they would send me a tracking number. I have emailed Optyca support several times since then requesting updates on my order and have yet to hear back from them. I would either like to receive my sunglasses that I have already paid for in the middle of July or receive a full refund for my order so I can take my business elsewhere.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome would be either getting the sunglasses that I purchased in July or receiving a full refund for those sunglasses so that I can take my business elsewhere.

Review: I ordered two eyeglass frames and received only one through mail. I have sent numerous emails and verbal messages for a oromot refund dince august 2013 and they have not done so. After checking their rating on line it appears to be a common complaint from many customers with same pattern of response from the businessDesired Settlement: Close down business because they know what they are doing...diservice to customers
