My experience with Opulent Items was very positive I ordered a sectional and called in to ask for an approximate shipping time [redacted] was very courteous and informative He let me know that all sectionals are made to order overseas, come to LA and then brought over to my house in Miami by truck He explained that the process can take anywhere from 6-weeks (sometimes there could be a delay in customs) When I spoke to him on the phone, he told me that they had a promotion running for FREE white glove delivery which I took advantage of When my sectional was finally in the US, I found out that the cargo company messed up the order and told me that they were going to do a curbside deliveryI immediately called [redacted] (who was kind enough to give me his cell phone number) to let him know that they hadn't arranged for white glove delivery! Since [redacted] happens to live in Miami he instantly offered to do it himself He was all day, constantly communicating with me, waiting on the cargo truck, so that he could come over to my house and unpack and install everything The level of service he provided was outstanding We were so happy with our stylish sectional that we just ordered another one!!

The couches we purchased were really beautiful, high quality and comfortable We wanted something contemporary and circular for a theatre room and we could only find them at Opulent The couches were custom made and Opulent worked very closely with us to manage the details
The only thing we would have differently is order white glove delivery service since they came densely packaged on large pallets and only delivered to our front door It took hours to unpack and assemble the couches and then we had to take all the packing materials to the dump (there were a lot!)
