We found these couches on Amazon, we really liked the modern look, so we went to a link down below and found [redacted]'s store, I gave him a call and after choosing from the options he gave me, I made a purchese, Amazon had the couches for $3,000, when I called [redacted] I upgraded the leather to Genuine Italian Leather and added a coffee table for $3,000. the couches were about 10 weeks out due to the red color selection that we made. About 10 weeks later we got the couches at our house, the shipping company he uses is great, my couches came in IMMACULATE condition, after I unwrapped the couches, I brought them into the house and didn't find a single scrach or a manufacturer defect.
Three hours later I got a phone call from [redacted], asking if I have gotten the couches, and if I was satisfied with the purche, I just built my home, and all of my furniture was ordered on-line, out of all the companies that I bought from, NON of them called me to make sure I was satisfied with my purches, [redacted] is a very nice guy to work with, I called him many times after work and he still answered my phone call, and returned it the next morning.
I would recommend Opulent Items to everyone without a doubt, and yes I will buy more furniture from [redacted] in the future.

The furniture arrived in good condition and I am very pleased with the style and quality. I would recommend Opulent Items if you need really nice ultra modern furniture, but I will warn you that you must wait approximately two months to receive your custom order.
My experience with Opulent Items was very positive. I ordered a sectional and called in to ask for an approximate shipping time. [redacted] was very courteous and informative. He let me know that all sectionals are made to order overseas, come to LA and then brought over to my house in Miami by truck. He explained that the process can take anywhere from 6-10 weeks (sometimes there could be a delay in customs). When I spoke to him on the phone, he told me that they had a promotion running for FREE white glove delivery which I took advantage of. When my sectional was finally in the US, I found out that the cargo company messed up the order and told me that they were going to do a curbside delivery. I immediately called [redacted] (who was kind enough to give me his cell phone number) to let him know that they hadn't arranged for white glove delivery! Since [redacted] happens to live in Miami he instantly offered to do it himself. He was all day, constantly communicating with me, waiting on the cargo truck, so that he could come over to my house and unpack and install everything. The level of service he provided was outstanding. We were so happy with our stylish sectional that we just ordered another one!!
