We are truly sorry for the inconvenienceUnfortunately due to the fact that you were unable to receive your delivery we were forced to place it in storageThis was not something that was by any means our faultDue to some misinformation that was provided to your
management company not only was our company not allowed on the premises but you and your fiance as wellWe could have probably tried to redeliver again before our driver had to leave the area but the issue was not figured out unt** it was already too late The first time our company was contacted by you in regards to re delivery was Tuesday 7/14/A whole day after our driver had already left the Chicago areaYour household goods are safe and we are working hard to find another driver that can do the re deliveryOur goal is not to keep your things but to deliver them as soon as possibleI do understand that you want your items as soon as possible but unfortunately our driver for that area is currently out doing other deliveries in other statesAs soon as he is back and available to do your delivery we will contact you and delivery them asap.

This business should be closed!!!! Their movers do not know what they are doingThey told me what I should take and what I should leaveWhere can you see a mover put your stuff in the garbage pail and since the garbage pail did not have a cover, they put a very flimsy packing tape all over the top like it is a pizza pieThey left my place with their garbage - plastic packaging of their paper, which they did not even use in most of my items, empty tape rollsTheir way of crating is by wrapping both ends of the bed in blankets where the middle is exposed!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I have got my stuffs yesterday As expected, some of my goods are damaged /like, my TV table got out of shape, My mattress is teared, Crack on my TV frame, side table is cracked, My bed got out of shape, broken crockeries Also while loading the goods at Kentucky, they have de-assembled my furniture and while unloading yesterday they did not assemble it backI have to do on my ownIt was a mental torture by Orange van linesI wont be going for a claim as I don't want to be in chaos situation with Orange Van lies as they don't know how to speak to their clientI don't want to fight for a claim and loose peace of my mind
Also I wont be recommending any one in future to hire Orange Van lines nor I will be using it backI thank Revdex.com for all support as because of Revdex.com, at least I got reply of my mails where previously Orange Van lines did not feel like replying to me

As we have responded now multiple times, we did attempt to pickup the clients items however we need a representative present to sign the contract - we cannot simply go into a storage unit and take items not belonging to us without someone there to sign for them. The client and her boyfriend were both unavailable on the two times we tried to pick up her items - causing us to waste time on money on a move that was not even pickup up in the end. We apologize for any inconvenience however we did attempt the pickup the items - the client was unwilling to meet us to sign the contract.

We understand how stressful moving however the claims the client is making are without merit. There are a ton of logistics involved in long distance moves. As stated on our...

estimates sent to clients via email before they choose our company for their move - "501 - 1000 miles : 1-10 business days" - this is the time table for delivery in most cases. The client was picked up on January 28 in Texas and delivered on February 3 - the distance traveled was around 960 miles. She received an extremely fast delivery and within the time frame originally provided - I am not sure what complaints she has regarding delivery considering the facts. 
In regards to payment on delivery - as stated on the estimate as well all payments made on delivery are either by cash or postal money order unless a credit card authorization form is faxed/sent in 72 hours prior to delivery. A member of our customer service team called to remind the client and update them on their delivery status and the clients significant other accepted the information. The client herself then called in and used extremely foul language - she continued to yell at our customer service representatives (for unknown reasons) then ended the call abruptly. 
We carried out the service which the client ordered just as agreed and within the timetable provided. If the client has any other problems/complaints she is more than welcome to turn to our claims department which can assess and analyze her claim. We also are more than happy to provide any more information if needed. We've attached the contract signed on the move and upon delivery and under the delivery acknowledgement states that all "services that were ordered have been performed and fully satisfied" and also states that we have up to 30 business days to deliver a move - we delivered way within this window. Please let us know if you require any additional information.

Not slander. I am telling the truth in what I experienced with this unethical company. They never showed up. I fact I hired another company the day I canceled,  I hired a moving company, they picked up my items that day and delivered Saturday. easy done, no issues.
Fact is, Orange Van Lines never showed up, and kept postponing. As a matter of fact, the last stated time they said they would pick up was Friday but couldnot provide a delivery date.

We have phone records as well. The client obviously does not want to upfront about the actual experience that took place. We would not keep the deposit if we had not done all the work we already did for this job. Please contact us if you need any supporting documents.

The company has already provided the client with the claims information. The claims department handles all claims and refunds - anything from disputes on charges to any broken or missing item. They are more than welcome to contact the claims department and open a claim and start the process to see...

if compensation is due. 
In regards to delivery - the quote and contract clearly states that delivery time windows are estimates and not guarantees. We try our best to work around all of our clients schedules but unfortunately it is not always possible. We are open 6 days a week and are always available to answer questions - sometimes we can't provide the information the client wants to hear however this does not mean we are not available to answer questions or are not working on their job. 
We do apologize for any inconvenience and will update the claims department to expedite their claim once it is filed and completed in full.

As we stated in our previous response - we find it difficult to believe that a resolution will be reached with this client however we will continue to respond and provide additional information. 
As explained to the client many times - all our estimates are binding quotes as long as the services and conditions stay the same - meaning packing services and items to be moved. If someone states that have a twin size bed but they actually have a king size bed - they will be charged for the extra space being used. ALL space is taken at the same rate as given on the quote - the price per cubic foot did not change. The fact that the client decides after her move she wants a refund and signs on delivery that she doesnt agree with the price is irrelevant. She already signed and agreed to the terms and conditions of the move - its as if I went to the market, bought a carton of milk, drank it and then decided I didn't agree with the price. 
The client is more than welcome to have her attorney turn to ours to clear up any questions she may have. We abided by the legal contract and our company is and continues to be with compliance with all laws. The client can add links to all different types of laws and circumstances which she does not understand and try to blame our company as long as she wants - however the main fact remains that the company abided by the LEGALLY binding contract that was signed on the day of the move. 
Again, the client already has the information for our claims department and if she does have any other questions or needs any more information she is more than welcome to contact them. Her accusations are baseless and without merit - first we broke a law regarding 110% charge and payment - now a tariff law. Each complaint theres a new law broken and new false accusation. Again, if she wants to have her lawyer contact ours we can review ALL points of the contract and show how we did abide by all parts of the contract. 
I understand she is upset that she regarding extra charges on the day of the move. Moving is stressful enough - however the quote she received and reviewed was very clear about the terms and conditions. In addition the contract was reviewed completely with the client on pickup and she signed and fully agreed to the terms and conditions. She was also provided a discount. A service was provided in a timely manner and the company abided by the contract. We stand by our actions and know we did provide a quality service. We are sorry the client feels she was overcharged however she did approve the charges on pickup and was well aware of the terms and conditions. 
We have done our best to try and resolve the claim but refused to have our company name slandered by a client who is making outrageous accusations which are completely false. We can continue to provide the Revdex.com with responses however the contract signed by the client has already been sent in showing the client agreed to the price, terms and conditions. The client can choose to follow the contract and contact the claims department to pursue compensation and I will send them a message to expedite her claim and if compensation is due - it will be awarded immediately. They will analyze the claim and all aspects of the contract and will look and see where and if compensation is due. Again - we have no problem going back and forth with the client and Revdex.com - however the client agreed to the contract and signed it, her items were delivered within the time table provided, and all this we have sent in and proven to be true.

I am missing inventory from my move.
1. Shelving unit legs for reassembly (movers disassembled 3 shelving units in garage) all legs and supports are missing.
2. Armoire (bedroom) knobs and all pins and screws and shelves are missing ( movers disassembled)  to even use the furniture.
3. From garage tool box missing with all tools, wrenches as well as tool box/cart are Gone.
4. TV/Entertainment Center are missing all the Shelving and supports.
5. [redacted] Bench is missing the cushion.
6. [redacted] rack is missing the pins/screw sets that hold the top on the stand.
7. Dinning room set, although ruined, is missing all the door knobs and all the pins shelve supports and glass shelving.
8. Mirror to bedroom set gone,
9. kitchen crate/box or tub is missing with all small appliances.
10. Recliner is missing
