I work from home and was surprised to wake up this morning and have no phone service. I pay my bills BEFORE they're due so I knew that was not the issue. Orbitel had turned my phone off and gave my phone number to another customer yesterday. There's no reason for it and their customer service is unprofessional and rude. The best part about it is when you log into their website, you use your phone number as your login and the last 4 digits of the number for your password so all of my personal information could be compromised. They haven't apologized, only told me to wait and it'll be fixed within 30 minutes. This company is horrible and they have a monopoly in my area for high speed internet and phone. I own my home so it's not like I can just pick up and move.

The cable and internet service is terrible and feels like from the early 90s. The equipment is very outdated, they change their website and the buffoons there failed to get the accounts and passwords reconnected. They can't even get the account number right. Sucks that we have to pay for basic cable through our HOA and get crappy service. Been like this for years. I've emailed them let's see if I get a response. pffft. Getting ready to cut the cord (oh wait I can't because it's billed into our HOA). If I can get good internet out here.

We have been assured by our vendor that their equipment issue has been remedied and that all channels received through them should be operating properly. There is one in particular person who is in maricopa office who is the biggest liar I have ever dealt with, will look you right in the eye and lie to your face.I too have moved on,their prices are over the top as well.putting you on hold is their favorite thing to do.they should be out of business or take a class in dealing with the public and also learn to just ell the truth.

Our records show that the same modem that was used originally was used again.

After loathing this company for years, Orbitel has very recently changed. They massively improved their servers and I'm now at 50 Mbps download speeds! They did not increase my rates to obtain this speed either. I went from 9 Mbps to 50 after their upgrade. TV is no longer having problems dropping the signal or otherwise pixelating into large block images. Also, their local staff just north of Tucson are very friendly. I'm amazed they pulled it off. Bravo Orbitel. You're healing.

I do apologize for the level of aggravation experienced by this customer. However, as noted in our last response. The only service call for the account since installation (install was done on 4/4/15) was 5/26/16. Typically, when there are issues such as the subscriber states, we would have numerous notes on the account specifying drops and outages. Therefore, I do not believe we will have an agreement on the resolution for this member.

Again, this is a complaint that should be taken up with his renter, not with the utility.

The absolute most poorly run company we have ever seen. We moved to Chandler from Gilbert and lost our [redacted] service, which was very good. Problems with Orbitel since they started our service. We have been paying for service that we don't get. We have had one TV station since Nov. 10. You are put on hold for an insane amount of time when you all for service, nobody knows what they are doing, call center is in GA, not AZ, they blame their awful service on the continual lie: there is trouble in your area. Really? Since June? I think not. Never once have they resolved problem with our service. We have called them many, many times & no attempt has been made to fix the problem. We are bailing and taking others in our community with us. This company should not be allowed to stay in business. We all call it Horribitel.

Orbitel Communications, the service was turned on by a simple phone call? Did you happen to ask the name that was on the account or who was calling, did you leave a service tech note at the door or anything, I have never done business with a company that doesn't require a signature, or Person to person aacknowledgement of service. The previous time I had your service back in 2010-2011 a service technician came inside my house and set everything up. On the bill from your office there is a 70 dollar reconnect fee for what. There no tech or person that cane to my house or this would have never happen. I do not except the responsibilities of paying this for I never called or used your service.
