Hi Mr ***, You contacted us on informing us that the package shows delivered but was not delivered to your address and requested we contact the post office since we're the shipper We informed you that we've taken the needed steps to open a tracer with Canada post and that is takes about week for a resolution The only correspondence I show is the support ticket you submitted which I've included here You said someone hung up on you when you called our office, do you recall who you spoke with? Hello ***: When we create a shipping label, we actually export the shipping address on the order into the shipping tool, instead of manually entering itSo, the shipping address on the shipping label is exactly the same as one on your order. Since the online tracking does show this package was delivered successfully, we can try to file a USPS Tracer/Investigation on this case, which can take up to days to completePlease let us know if it works for you. I submitted this before the ticket repliesHe never gave me a name, he just stated it was ddm tuning and how could he help meAfter explaining to him the issue and asking him for his help he then said something quietly and hung up on me as I was saying pardon and if he could repeat thatI'll be waiting and hoping that the package will be foundThank you very much.Regards,*** ***

To Whom It May Concern:I've attached Mr***'s ticket ***, as well as his invoice on this email. On Aug 3rd, 2016, he purchased a HID kit from usThe kit includes 2pc bulbs + 2pc ballasts + 1pc harness. On Oct 18th, 2016, he reported he has a defective harnessOn the same
day, we responded to him, giving him the RMA instruction to send the defective harness back to us to process warranty replacement. On Oct 20th, he responded back, confirming the harness is the cause of the issue, and complained about the warranty process. On Oct 24th, we responded back to him, and let him know that we were going to make an exception for him and would send him a free replacement harness directly, and we would cover the replacement shipping fee for him. On Oct 24th, the same day, he responded back, but was asking us to send him a complete kit (2pc bulbs + 2pc ballasts +1pc harness) insteadWe responded to him that we were only able to replace the defective part, but not the complete kit, and if he would like to have his complete kit checked, he could send the complete kit to us to test, and we would test all parts, and replace any defective part On Oct 26th, he responded back, and insisted us to send him a complete new kit again, and demanded us to ship the replacement via overnight.Between 26th -28th, there were a few emails back and forth, which was still Mr's ***'s demanding and our explanation of what we could do for himUnfortunately, he was just not satisfied with our solution for himTherefore, in the end, we told him he could send the original kit back to us to process refund. At this point, if he still likes to take a free replacement harness, we have no problem to arrange itPlease note for free replacement, we are only able to do standard shipping, instead of overnight. If he would like to arrange refund, he can follow the instruction we emailed him on 28th, and send the original kit back to us to process refund. Sincerely, *** ***DDM

I went to out Local Post OfficeThe street name was on but no house number it got delivered to an apartment complex, I asked the guy who was there he did not have itI posted a note to see if anyone else did they ripped it off and no one has come forwardWe do not gave this package due to the company not putting on the complete address.
