I ordered the trial and all of a sudden three months later I received two more bottles that I did't authorize Someone needs to look into this company

On November 3, I thought I had agreed to a "free" trial, obtaining a bottle of Garcina Cambogia (a dietary supplement); being obligated to paying $for shipping/handling By December 20, I was out $for a product I ended up never using because of the health warnings associated with this product When I called after receiving an unexpected second bottle on 12/23/16, I learned that the "Free" sample had some how turned into an $bottle (plus the $shipping and handling charge), AND I had been automatically enrolled into their monthly delivery of another $bottle
I telephone the company in Florida, spoke with a rep who agreed to cancel my monthly deliveries, but then explained that only a $courtesy credit would be applied to my account: leaving me with a $bottle of useless and unopened pills
When I asked for a manager, "Chris" then put me on hold, talked to his "team" and countered by increasing the company's offer to a $"Courtesy Credit" I explained that I was delighted that they could offer a higher refund, but I still wished to speak with a manager And so, I was connected with "Jordan", who explained that even my offer to return the unopened second bottle would remove the courtesy credit AND result in a $restocking fee When I asked to speak with his supervisor, Jordan explained that he was as high in the company as I could go

I ordered to try. They continued to send me shipments at a cost of $89 per bottle sending two bottles a month. I sent back three shipments with a letter stating I had not ordered any further of their products and wanted a full refund. Today I received another shipment and called and requested this to stop and again requested a full refund the young man I spoke with said the best he would do is $160 refund in 15 day and for me to keep this fourth unwanted, not ordered shipment because he would charge me $18 per bottle to restock it. This is deceptive business practices to say the least. Claiming I had to opt out if I did not want to continually receive this miserable product. NO no no no.
