Unfortunately the *** branch does not process disputes, I have reached out to that branch as a result of your response, and they said they have not received any disputesIf you could please send a copy of the dispute you completed, or unfortunately you will have to complete another dispute so that an investigation can be completedIf your dispute is found to be valid, then the fees would be reversed so you could close your account as you have asked

On Monday, November 27, 2017, Rodney W***, Indirect Underwriter with Telhio Credit Union spoke with *** *** by phone. He then sent her a Loan Addendum form to be signed by her, which changes the due date from the 11th to the 17th of each month. The due date change has been
completed and this complaint has been resolved

Revdex.com-I filed a complaint on 12/27/and I believe it was filed as a response to a previous claim filed against the same business in October of 2016.It was as follows: "In a matter of days or less, I incurred $in overdraft charges.On November 29th, Amazon charged me $for seller charges that were incorrectly charged and later refundedIt too me quite some time to get that corrected with the business and I was advised the refund would process no later than 12/5/15.I deposited a bunch of money via paypal and cash to settle the balance, as always and paid bills trusting Amazons agents and the time frameOn the 6th, ANOTHER round of overdraft charges started because the refund hadn't been processedI had companies like Old Navy charging items individually as they shipped, vs the one order total resulting in more fees.Due to my frustration, Amazon doubled the refund amount. I have been a Telhio customer for years and I am beginning to think another bank (like ***) would be better suited for my lifestyleI keep cash as home in a safe and make deposits only when needed.These charges caused me great financial strain and seemed excessiveFurther, I have an auto deduction scheduled to post on 1/and I made a deposit from paypal to cover it.Based on the transaction list and the way items are posting, I started getting overdraft charges BEFORE I even went into the negative(I have screenshots of how things looked throughout the weekend)Please refund me my overdraft charges, from November to NowI am considering visiting the consumer finance bureau to highlight my fees and show my transaction histories.Consumer’s Desired Resolution:I would like a refund of all over draft fees since November$285, I believe. Mrs*** became a member with Telhio Credit Union via her purchase of her Ford Focus from *** *** in March 2016. Our lending representative reviews previous applications and contacts members offering other services that might benefit them. Such was the case in this
situation. Our representative contacted the ***'s offering our promotion of refinancing their current autos that are financed at other Financial Institutions for 2% cash back. Two loans were generated lowering her payments from $to $with an incentive of the 2% = $246.08. Her other auto only lowered her payment from $to $but also resulted in the incentive being paid to her of $173.24. The third vehicle was already financed at Telhio so therefore did not qualify for the incentive. So as far as the vehicle refinances, it lowered her monthly payments by $per month and paid them in incentives a total of $419.32. As for the debt consolidation/unsecured loan, according to their statement they used some of the funds ($1,196.60) to pay off her husband's Capital One debt and took the remaining portion of the loan to use however they deemed useful. There is no documentation that I could find to show any funds were put towards paying down fees on one of the cars that included a warranty as stated in the complaint. The payment on this loan is $181.44. At any time Mrs*** could have told MsG*** that she did not want/need the additional loan. She signed the promissory note/loan agreement. At the time she received the loan her debt ratio was in line and indicated that she could afford the payment according to lending guidelines. For these stated reasons we believe we have acted in good faith, have followed all lending guidelines and compliance requirements and therefore not willing to remove slow payments on her credit report and/or expunge the debt consolidation loan

Telhio was not informed of an address change until June 24,
2015, the same day this loan was paid in full. As stated previously
Telhio does not have the authority to change any information on a title for any
State, as this responsibility falls on the owner for any information to be
changed on a titleIf there needs to be an address change made to the title
this can be done with your local DMV
When a loan is paid in full and there is an automatic payment
going toward this needs to be cancelled by the member or the auto pay will go
into the member’s savings accountThis is an automated process and Telhio is
not able to monitor every account that has an auto pay to instruct for cancellation
These funds are currently sitting in the savings account and a request needs to
be made to mail a check for refund

When a member passes away, there are up to as many as three departments that are involved in the processing:  Accounting, Operations, and Asset Protection.  Social Security Reclamations  happen when Social Security benefits are paid after the beneficiary’s death.  When this...

happens, Accounting is notified of the pending Reclamation.  In this particular case, the decedent had a loan that was delinquent, and there were funds available in the associated checking account, which is how Asset Protection became involved. The employee reviewed the checking account and saw SSI funds were deposited the day after the date of death and therefore froze the available funds in the checking to cover the amount of the SSI deposit until confirmation could be made that no Reclamation was forthcoming. Unfortunately, for obvious reasons, this verification must come from the Social Security Administration, not a potential benefactor who is signed on the account. Once confirmation was received that no Reclamation was required (next business day), the freeze was removed from the account allowing Ms. [redacted] access. We are truly sorry for Ms. [redacted]’s loss, and understand her frustrations and we hope she can understand the necessary procedural steps taken to ensure a potential preventable loss is mitigated pertaining to Social Security Reclamations.

No credit updates were made even after showed proof of payment made after Telhio did not process original payment. Moving to small claims.

Since the opening of your PayPal account, there have been numerous debts to your account over the last 4 months. presented to Telhio twice by the company. The available balance in the
account on May 19th was $8.19, causing the first returned check fee.
[redacted], then presented the check again on the 21st
of May. On May 28th, an electronic payment from [redacted] was
presented in the amount of $200, with an available balance of $189.15, causing
this transaction to be returned as well. After reviewing the events on this
account, the applied fees do not appear to be a Telhio error. As a one-time
courtesy, we are authorizing a refund of $52.50, half of the accrued fees. We
encourage our members to be cognizant of their balance prior to authorizing any
