the member, Telhio Credit Union e-mailed a lien release letter to the member and stayed on the phone with her to make sure she received the documentation. When the member took this documentation to the BMV to receive a new paper title, she was charged a fee by the BMV. The fee for new title and notary service is $16.00   Mail lost or fees charged by a third party companies is out of our control.
