Date: 2/12/ Revdex.com ID # [redacted] To whom it may concern, On 8/28/2015, the customers bought $worth of products in separate transactions of $each, was shown demonstrations for all of the products, agreed to buy them, was shown the receipt and signed receipt next to the return policy(See attached receipt) We also have a big sign next to the register and in the VIP treatment room stating our policy, which is: "All sales are final, No Refunds, Exchanges only within days!" Customer has all products in their possession This is a Valid charge (not duplicate); see attached inventory and credit card slips with signatures Furthermore, the weight of the package delivered is accurate to the products on both receipts (please view weight on attached shipping receipt) Respectfully yours, Customer Service Department Maui Region

Complaint: [redacted] I already have a case filed but when I tried to enter the case number this site thought it was a social security number and wouldn't allow me to give you the case numberI am responding to the pre-arbitration noticeWhat this merchant is overlooking is the fact that the salesperson verbally TOLD me that she had torn up the first receipt!!! She stated that, "It didn't go throughDo you have another card?" My obvious mistake was BELIEVING her to be telling me the truth that she TORE UP the first receiptWhen I asked her for copies of those receipts she stated, "They aren't ready yetI will send them in the box when it is mailed." Of course there was no receipt in the box I receivedAs I am seeing the actual receipts clearly for the first time today I also dispute the charges for men's productsI have NEVER nor would I EVER order men's products! I would have no reason to buy men's productsIt appears that the merchant has fraudulently made up a receipt showing these products to make sure that both receipts show $What are the odds that two different purchases would come up to the EXACT SAME AMOUNT twice? You will notice that these receipts ARE NOT ITEMIZED so we have no idea what each item costsI believe this salesperson knowingly defrauded me by lying about the receipts and then covering it up by creating a fake second receiptI admit my mistake that I did not INSIST on getting the receipts but I trusted this salespersonI hope this company will do the right thing

I am rejecting this response because: I notified Orogold immediately My first notification via e-mail was 4/21/(see attached) I offered to return the products, and was told no, that would not be necessary, and I have had e-mail discussions one of which Oro Gold agreed to give me a refund, but never did, in addition, I also spoke to the Store, this process also went through my Bank for disclosure and they were told by Oro Gold representative that they would honor my request and for me to send the receipts Oro Gold already had receipts from my earlier e-mails I also tried contacting the main office of Oro Gold and again, was told it was too long, I really don't feel that it is right for a company to do this to a customer, when the product does not work like they "claimed" it would I have send several e-mails after receiving the information from my bank, but never received a reply from Oro Goldl If Oro Gold believes in customer service and want to see its customers happy, why are they giving me the run-a-round? Do they not believe in giving "REFUNDS" because they know the product is falsely advertised and people like me, would request a refund when they see the product does not work like they demonstrated and advertised in the store I would like to be refunded and I BELIEVE THIS WOULD BE 'GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE" Thanking you in advance!Sincerely,*** ***

will look at your receipts (both credit card slip receipt-which was signed and store invoice/product receipt) you will notice they both say our return policy at the very bottom of them "No refunds, exchanges only within days"However, you should know that Customer Service is our number priority and we do like to make sure our customers are satisfiedTherefor, we will be more than happy to give you a 20% refund- which totals to a total refund amount of $in addition you can keep ALL your productsIn agreement, please send us your full name and address so we can write and send you a check. I have nothing but the best to say about Oro Gold I have tried all of the most expensive department store brands, and these products are by far the best For all of the naysayers out there, I have read all of your reviews, and the only thing I can gather is that you are not willing to pay top dollar for these products Here is a clue for you - these are top of the line products, that is why they cost top dollar If you want to pay drug store prices, or even department store prices, go there If you want the best, go here Also, even though these products are expensive, they are a lot less expensive than plastic surgery Plus they have lasting effects, they are natural, and they are very good for my skin I plan on having beautiful skin when I am 80, without going under the knife And these guys are going to make sure I meet my goal
