days of purchase. However, regardless of the refund policy, your purchase was made in April of 2016 which is nearly a year ago and we are not able to offer any kind of refunds or exchanges because of that. We believe in our products and results may vary- depending on each person and their skin type. We have detailed instructions on our website as well as a customer service line that can guide you. As of now (considering that it has been nearly a year since the purchase) the only thing we can offer is to send you two free items to your desired address in order to keep you a happy customer. However, when the company emailed me they did not offer a refund they offered an exchange....

I contacted the Revdex.com because I though the Oro Gold sale tactics were too aggressive. Also, the receipt said no refunds, so what would be the point of returning to the store? Second the products lack a security seal which supports their no return policy because everything is already open. I will contact N[redacted] by the number given above, and hopefully have this resolved. I will let you know how things go.

Review: I entered the store under the pretense I was to receive a free facial, but was the victim of a classic bait and switch. I received a 45 minute long facial all about promoting, smelling, feeling, and listening to the luxurious ingredients in the products being used. It was not a relaxing facial, but a sales pitch. While I had the last mask on the sales associate collected boxes of all the products she had used, and had them nicely arranged on the counter. The mask was taken off, and a steady stream of why I needed all of these products began. I should have left, but I was trapped in a conversation, in the back of a store, with a fast talking sales person (with an Italian/French accent) now rubbing more products onto my arms and handing me products to smell. The selling technique was very aggressive and involved sentence frames structured so my response was always yes. Example, "Don't you like the way this smells?" It did smell nice so I said, "Yes". To which she would say, "See you love it!" There was so much positive framing of the products. She also kept asking me, "How would you like to pay?" As if I had already made up my mind that I was getting something. That that point the sales associate said she would give me special deal. She said that "Today was are having a special sale" in which everything was 50% off. All of the products together would still be hundreds of dollars even if they were 50% off. Then she said she would give me one of the products for free. Then the deal was I would only pay for 1 product and get the rest for free. I had been listening to her in the back of the store for over an hour. At that point I felt it would be rude not to but something from her, so I agreed to buy one item and receive the rest for free. I gave her my card and when she came back I signed the slip tired and ready to go home. When I got home I saw how much I had spent. Yes, I had payed for one item, but the one item was over $400! The receipt also said "no returns".Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund.
