OrthoVet's Return policy clearly states that custom made Orthotics are not returnableHowever, customer satisfaction is very important to our company and will be working with the customer to come up with a solution

Hello, Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of used products.? It’s simply not safe to put a used splint (smelling of another animal) on someone else pet making them unsalableOur company has a 30-day exchange or modify policy to help ensure customers end up with a support fits properly and works very well.? We’ve had great success with our policy as customer know we will work with them to ensure a good fitting productThis information is listed on our website and invoice.? We would be more than happy to make any adjustments needed free of charge for Mr***?

We are very sorry for any inconvenience The returned product was sent to an old address and was never receivedThe customer provided proof of shipment and will be credited today As stated in our return policy she will receive credit for the splint only (not shipping) in the amount of $ Thank you

We have still yet to receive this customers returns and she has only provided one valid tracking number, however this tracking number does not show what address the package was delivered to. Per our return policy we do not refund merchandise without receiving it first. We have
made a special acceptation and refunded both orders

*** placed two separate order paying for priority shipping. We shipped both products in one box and upgraded the shipping to express so she would receive them faster. She shipped both return products to our old location causing a delay in shipping. Once we
received them we gave her full credit for the product (not charging a 15% re-stocking fee per our return policy). This credit was processed on June 17th (please see attachment). Our company is very sorry this product did not work for her dog.
