A replacement product was shipped on 7/12/17 and received by customer on 7/14/17 USPS Tracking number [redacted] We did not charge a restocking fee or shipping for the replacement. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

OrthoVet's Return policy clearly states that custom made Orthotics are not returnable. However, customer satisfaction is very important to our company and will be working with the customer to come up with a solution.

We are very sorry for any inconvenience.  The returned product was sent to an old address and was never received. The customer provided proof of shipment and will be credited today.  As stated in our return policy she will receive credit for the splint only (not shipping) in the...
