Hi ***, Orville's offered $and a discount on a future purchaseWe determined this amount by contacting a local used appliance dealer for a comparable fridge of size and ageThe parts to repair their fridge will exceed the value of the unitWe believe this offer is more than fair as the customer was made aware of the delivery agreement which states Orville's can not be held responsible for any damage to the old appliances.Thank You, *** ***
My husband told *** that it was too low because at a minimum two doors were $250.00. *** responded either we take it or leave itThat was their final offer

They told my husband when he went to the store to speak to the manager, he told him they would do nothingHe left a message finally over the weekendMy husband responded
I had to alter my schedule or times because the different repairmen could not fix the problemI had a new kitchen floor put in years ago at a cost of over $which got flooded every time I turned the dishwasher onI also watch my Granddaughter during the day at my daughters houseBecause of this problem, different times my daughter had to wake my Granddaughter up at am and transport her in zero degree temperatures to my house while I had to wait between 8am and pm for the repairmen to show upWhen I explained this to *** the manager at Orville's he told me he knows what this is like because he has a year old child but that is my problem not his, call *** was fully aware of the problem and couldn't care lessI have spoke with him different times and then his reply back to you was he did not know about this situation which is a lieThe last time the service department called I asked them if they were going to replace it and they said no, they were going to try and repair it againI told them I didn't want it repaired and I wanted a new oneThey said no, Since,it seems like *** is going to take care of the problemI would think when you pay a lot of money for a dishwasher and out of the months you own it floods your kitchen Orville's would have been a little more understandingAs far as their service goes they would get a BIG FAT "0" from mePeople like *** don't belong in the sales and Service Industry! I will never patronize Orville's again, either will family or friendsIt's take the money and runThanks Orville's, FOR NOTHING! *** ***
I do NOT accept the response UNTIL the matter is completely resolvedAs of 1/5/15, things are still in limboMr. *** *** in service sent me touch up paint that was the wrong color (white for a stainless steel) refrigerator and it came with $postage dueWhat arrogance! In the meantime, I have been working with *** a rep from the store where I bought the applianceShe reimbursed me and said she will resolve all issuesWhen that happens, I will let you know and we can conclude mattersI still wish to go on record as saying that Orville's is a retailer to be avoidedThey purposely sold defective merchandise at full cost and were most unprofessional in their response to my complaints
