I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Orville's response is best categorized, in my opinion, as dismissive and cavalier. They have made no offer to resolve this case and have refused to provide me any service to my appliances. They also ignored, quite disturbingly, the previously discovered fact that they improperly vented my gas dryer. In addition, let it be known, that they have completely fabricated an alleged dispute with my credit card company which in essence, has slandered me to your agency.I categorically deny that this case is closed. My request is that the most negative mark, rating, or evaluation in regard to this matter be maintained with your agency.Regards,[redacted]

I'm not sure why Mr. [redacted] is even checking the water temperature on the washer., I don't read anything that mentions a complaint about the performance of the washer. After all of the technicians and the engineers at Samsung say the unit is working as engineered we accept that to be...

true. Although we feel replacing the unit will be a complete waste of time we are attempting to offer a replacement or buyback to shop elsewhere if still not satisfied with Orville's. We want everyone to be completely satisfied with there  purchase. My office will continue to attempt to communicate with Mr. [redacted] to discuss the details of our offer for resolution.

While our delivery team was removing the customers old mattress the customer attempted to assist by taking out the old box spring by himself. In doing so the box spring became lodged between the steps and the ceiling. BEFORE our crew could offer any assistant's they advised that we would need a...

damage waiver to move forward with the job, our team assisted the consumer with getting the lodged box spring out and completed our job without further incident.we will not be offering any form of compensation at this time,And we STRONGLY disagree that the consumer didn't sign a release, we have picture's of the signed document taken while still at the customers home available for viewing if needed.

Clearly there has been a communication break down. Our store manager Lucas will be happy to offer the customer the option to re select. Customer is welcome to stop in and see Lucas to discuss options.

We will contact Mr[redacted] and attempt to cut through the red tape. The manufactures often remove the dealer from attempting to resolve repair versus replacement of these smaller counter top microwave's. Hopefully we can offer a better explanation.

Hi [redacted], Orville's offered $150.00 and a discount on a future purchase. We determined this amount by contacting a local used appliance dealer for a comparable fridge of size and age. The parts to repair their fridge will exceed the value of the unit. We believe this offer is more than fair as the customer was made aware of the delivery agreement which states Orville's can not be held responsible for any damage to the old appliances.Thank You, [redacted]

We strongly disagree that the customer was supplied a "USED' unit. our records indicate we special ordered the replacement and would never have sold a previously repaired unit. we will contact the customer and try and determine the service company that made this claim and confirm there finding...

While we understand the customers concerns the complaint fails to mention the history of complaints are primarily nuisance calls. (no ice, loud operation,  excess moisture). The complaint also fail's to mention that we are actively pursuing permanent resolution with the manufacturer.We are...
