This place has horrible customer service They will lie to you in order make a sale and will keep lying after they are not able to deliver They would rather keep your money than build a good, long lasting relationship with a consumer I was notified, a week after I had placed an order, that the furniture I wanted to purchase was not available and I would have to pick something else I had already been charged for these non - existent products I went in to the store and made an attempt to find something else, which would suit my needs That was an unsuccessful venture When we could not find suitable replacements, I advised them that I wanted a full refund The sales person said that was out of her hands, and I would have to wait for an accounting manager to contact me Two days and many phone calls from me to the company pass, because obviously they do not bother to return phone calls or resolve customer issues, and I still don't have a refund Four days later, I finally get ahold of a manager who tells me they found a way to get that furniture and now I am not allowed to get a refund He says, I have to pay a "re-stocking" fee for something they never had in stock to begin with They are bold face liars and obviously do not care about customer service If they had told me in the beginning that my delivery date would be delayed, I would have been bothered but I would not have asked for a refund The sales person made it quite clear that they would not be able to deliver on the services promised, and therefore I asked for a refund Also, what kind of company is quick to take your money, but then makes you jump through hoops when they can't supply the products which they already charged for I should have read all the complaints on here before I decided to do business with these swindlers I am obviously not the first person that has had this type of experience I will definitely not be doing business with OSGO ever again
Zero stars is my rating because they have the worst customer experienceThey had told that I would be getting my order in weeks, but not true it has taken them over monthsThe manager from Zaragoza store, as well as the district manager, only resolve by saying, we are not sure or I'm sorry for your frustration I order expensive furniture since January and as off now I have only gotten pieces and they said that by April I would get my last sofa and nope, not true at all, now they have extended it for more weeks I highly recommended for people not to buy anything from this store, as you could only bad reviews are posted
