Excellent customer service, took my budget into consideration and employees were able to answer all my questions. The manager was able to guarantee a date of when i'd Receive my merchandise -El Paso TX I-10 Location
This was my first time buying from this store and it wont be my last. I loved the customer service provided by Jose because he went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied from the time I made the purchase to the time received my furniture. I was glad on visiting the store. I was looking for coffe table everywhere, and just on my way to give up I decided to enter to this store. Same looking tables, my wife had on her phone the employee showed us 2 books for something similar then he remembered seing the picture and he got another book showing us same identical tables. We had a price online and the total price he gave us was cheaper. It was a great guy in which had understanding and looking forward on our interest. I am glad that I enter in that store and it will be my first choise for my futures purchases. I give a great shout out to the employee Edgar Hernandez who made everything possible. Excellent job

We had a great experience shopping at OSGO Home. From the time we entered the show room we were greeted and some one was there to meet our needs. Anytime we had any questions an associate (Edgar) would quickly respond and find us the answer. The couches we ordered are very comfortable and look amazing in our living room. Edgar worked hard to keep us happy. I highly recommend and we will continue our business here.

I went to Osgo home for the first time. I purchased 4 dining chairs, 2 sofas, and a daybed. Associates were beyond helpful and courteous. Best prices in town!!
