The salesman did a good job of presenting the Rain Soft product We were scheduled for installation the very next day Justin M came prepared, on time, and gave a very helpful review of how the system works He did a good job installing and was very neat My only complaint is you have to commit on the same day to get the reduced price I would rather be told this is the price and if you need time to discuss give us a call within the weekIf it's such a good product it should sell itself without the pressure of making an instant decision

My husband and I purchased a Rainsoft System and paid $5,780, which was a lot of moneyWe didn't have a problem paying the money, but we wanted what we paid for! We are

I have always been treated well by this company - the service personnel they send to me are always knowledgeable, friendly, and polite They answer any questions I have and take all the time I need with them The latest experience was a pleasant encounter and the gentleman who performed the service was knowledgeable and eager to teach me what I needed to be aware of with my system He was on time as well

I purchased this system and was charged the wrong price initiallyI contacted the company and asked them to cancel the sale but they agreed to adjust the price for the amount the salesman originally told meThat should have been a red flagShortly after it was installed started to malfunctionIt would not run for a full cycle but made a loud noise and continued to cut off and then I had to reset it and it would cut on until that no longer worked A technician came and said I needed to move it to another circuit because the light switch was causing it to malfunctionThere was no light switch that it was attached to and I told him that I didn't think that was the problemA licensed electrician agreedHe then said he would have his service guy come to install an outlet for it to plug into separatelyIt never happenedThey never called or came back or followed upI have been paying for a system that hasn't worked in almost yearsI spoke with a rep Kara that stated that they c

On 6-15-Notified your office that the under sink pressure tank was leaking at the elbow portI talked with MrHoward and sent him pictures of the water damage under sink, my basement ceiling drywall and hardwood floorsI then removed the unit so the leaks would stop I then talked with Rob office manager he stated "that the damages was not caused by their system and they would not pay for anything" I had a service technician come out on the same day to see with the unit, there was no leaks with the unit outTechnician would not re-install at that time because did not want any future leaks to occur I was told that I needed to contact my insurance provider for them to pay the damagesI did not want to repair any damages until the system was fixed I feel that Rain soft should cover any damages as this would not of occurred if the drinking water system was not leakingon 7/17/month later finally, I get the system re-installed and had o rings and other connector pieces

Personally I would never do business with Rainsoft again We had to have their techs out several times; first to remove their water line from our furnace because it shut the furnace down, second to stop the water from running into the bedroom from the drinking water installation, and third to fix the drinking water installation again because of faulty parts When we told them we wanted the drinking water installation removed we were told we still had to pay for it Really? After you caused damage to our historic natural wood trim [our house is nearly years old with its original woodwork] and the bedroom furniture downstairs? Every time I go downstairs to reset the timer on the water system [every days because of the non-working drinking water installation] I get just a bit more annoyed at Rainsoft Never would I do business with them again

Nick represented RainSoft of Greater Columbus very well He was polite, friendly and definitely knows his business When he left, I felt our system was working better than ever(maybe better than new.)

A trained HVAC technician determined that our furnace failure was directly linked to incorrectly installed RainSoft water softening drain lines which were not functioning within the proper legal and safety codes
It was determined that this negligent installation not only caused the furnace blower fan to fail, but also posed a serious risk to the furnace safetyThe RainSoft drain lines were tapped into the A/C condenser drain pan drain line through a hole drilled into a degree elbowThis furnace/ condenser drain line was not intended for this additional flow obstruction and consequently, the drain pan which sits in the upper portion of the furnace backed up and water from the condenser pan began to drip down onto the exposed blower fan, driving failure of the fan and a serious developing safety risk to the home
A technician from Pure H2O (RainSoft) repaired the faulty installation by routing two new drain lines for the water softening system, separate from the furnace dra

The installer of th Rain Soft treatment system was very polite, knowledgeable, efficient, and cleaned up after himself

TJ came yesterday to replace filters in our Rain Soft system He was on time and polite I appreciated his use of shoe covers inside our house No complaints here! Thank you to Rain Soft for hiring friendly, competent people

I was told by there sales representative prior to signing our contract that we would receive our first move of the equipment with no chargeI was hesitant about purchasing at the time because we knew we were planning to moveNow that we are selling our house and actually moving the company has no recollection of that being a practice and refuses to contact there sales representative to verify if that is what he told usI would not have paid $6,to knowingly pay an additional $to uninstall and reinstall the equipment againThe sales representative refuse to tell me anything another then we only honor what’s in our contractCompounded by the fact I was told I could salt blocks as opposed to pellets which was my understanding makes a tremendous difference in costRain soft HQ MANUFACTURED A GREAT PRODUCT but the service after seemingly does not carry the same quality and care for there customers

The gentleman who demonstrated the system was very personable and professionalHe really knew his product and gave an excellent presentationThe individual that installed the system was prompt, professional and courteousAgain, he came equipped and prepared, and was extremely knowledgeable of the system as wellHe gave a down to earth explanation on how to operate the system and allowed us to demonstrate our understanding of the operations as he observed The systems operate very well and we are very pleased with themWe rate them stars all the way aroundWe highly recommend their systems and these individuals

I called Rain Soft for service on a working Rain Soft water softenerI wanted to make sure that it was working properlyThe service tech said it was working fine , but it had a broken partHe left with the softener head, left me with no softener system, and said it will be a week before he can returnMy water is brown nowI wont do laundry with this water, and I wont drink itI have no idea of repair costI fell like I am being held hostage at this time

We had our Rainsoft system serviced and the filter's replaced for the first time this by TJ R***He met me at the house on time and actually helped me move a large item to get to the system He gave me a few tips about how I can save on salt and water use He was very polite and nice to my dog We are so pleased with the entire experience we have had with RainSoft
