I received a post card in the mail promising a $*** *** gift card if I filled out and mailed back the attached card within hours I filled out and returned the card and then never heard anything back after waiting several months I had to do some research to find out the true name of the company (the card I received in the mail said Pure H2O but the companies real name is Rainsoft) No contact information is given on the card so I also had to research to find out the email address and phone number for the company I emailed the company through their website and a week later I still had not received a response I then called the company who told me that I had to have a water test done in order to get the gift card There is no mention of a water test on the post card I received

The company ordered a Rainsoft water Softening System on 8/23/The constituent called and
cancelled on 8/29/The company had the water softener installed on 8/24/The constituent
was on medication and was highly pressured into buying this systemThe constituent has attempted to
contact the company but is unable to communicate with themThe constituent states they haven't
received some products and they don't work like they were supposed toThe constituent is on disability
and cannot afford this

On 6/20/at PM, a RainSoft salesman named Daniel came to my home to test my well waterAfter the water test, Daniel offered us some Rainsoft products to purify our water
We decided to purchase the ECWater Conditioner and Ultrefiner Filter SystemThe salesman didn't leave until PM because we wanted a breakdown to justify the $28/month cost
