I did respond to [redacted] and I explained to him about the rate of all east cost and how it is the same, and we did deliver his goods as we agreed to (payments and date for delivery).After the delivey I spoke to [redacted] and we talked about some damages that happened during the move and he said that he will make a list and will contact our claim management[redacted] *Out of State Movers

We have never moved before so this was all new to us and Carlos E [redacted] and Joe were extremely helpfulThey,were quick, polite and helpfulThey treated our things like they were their ownHelped make our move easier

hello my name is [redacted] I recently moved with out of state movers I'm a single mother one month old baby girl and one years old boy I'm so glad that out of state movers sent Carlos for my move, he was so efficient he explained everything he was very patient with me my kids and my needs the move process was absolute stress free I'm very impressed and I will defiantly recommend them to my family friends and neighbor's GOOD JOB OUT OF STATE MOVERS GOOD JOB TO CATLOS AND HIS TEAM [redacted] **

This was the worst experience we have had with movers The initial quote by Michael was very reasonable and he said it included EVERYTHING Packing, boxes, etcHe told us specifically not to pack a thing as they would handle it I asked if they needed to send someone out to do an estimate and he said no worries I asked if the price was a flat price and if it would change at all - he specifically said NO, that the price was a flat rate and would include everything and wouldn't change When they showed up the lead mover Carlos walked around and the first thing he said was that the price would be almost double what we were quoted This put us in a terrible bind because we had to move that day and they knew it We ended up having them move the bigger items and we had to pay to rent a uhaul and pack everything ourselves We moved till 3:am because we weren't prepared and they told us not to pack a thing When they delivered, they ran over the lawn and when my wife pointed that out, they acted like the ground was just soft, it wasn't their fault Then when they left, they ran over the lawn again Unbelievable We are reasonable and super easy to work with, but we felt completely taken advantage of

moved a few times a always give the opportunity to local business the sales rep was very informative he explained all the process from A TO Z At the move date they came on time ready to work overall I'm very happy with the service with the price with the schedule and overall with out of state movers inc I will defiantly recommend

Customer Name: [redacted] Case # [redacted] rgb(0, 0, 0);">Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this ComplaintOut of States Movers are experience and professional Moving companyWe have rules and regulations that we have to follow by lawI’ve took the time to read once again the customer reasons for this complainsThe price of the estimate was based on a simple phone conversation with e-mail communication the client gave us a detailed inventory listThe price is something that is pre-set before the actual job start, not at the end of the jobTherefore we offered an estimated c/f @$(base on that inventory) it is at the beginning of the job that all the documents are agreed and, singedThe entire document indicates the same (time, date, price)The Forman explained to the client that the price will change if she decides to add more item to the listThis is why the price was given and, agreed before loading the truckDuring the process the Forman once again explained the total cost to the client and, the Client still decided to go ahead with the moveThe USDOT rules and regulations are very specific, the law must protect all the parties involvedThe law requires from the carrier to provided a walk through the house/apartment to determine if the inventory that we suppose to move is the sameIf for any reason is not! The following must be done: Void the first estimate and give a new binding price with everything included (gas, mileage, tolls, labor, packing supplies, stairs, travel time etc.,) If the customer agrees, we do the job, if the customer doesn’t, we just walk away [redacted] decided to go ahead with the new price and the moveRegarding the Insurance, we are a Moving company that follows the DOT regulationsThe customer chose the cents per article which is the basic liability insurance provided by law( Customer signed) If there is a need to file any claim for lost or damages, please contact our claims department to file a claim Anthems Claim Management@###-###-####In regards to the delivery time, Out of States Movers do the best to satisfy all our customers However we do have Business days from the requested date to deliveryI do hope this explains all the questionsPlease feel free to contact for further info Sincerely, [redacted] ###-###-####

Dear [redacted] and [redacted] ***, we apologized for your stressful experienceWe at Out of State Movers Incsee our customers go through Moving experiences every day.....Excited, Happy, or can't wait for the Move to happen finallySome sad & stressful as wellRegardless of what your emotions may be, we are there to help make all our customers go through their Moving process an happy & less stressful as easy transition as possible with our servicesAs we all know Moving could be a very over whelming process across the states.Regarding [redacted] ***'s concern about our truck being too small for his move, [redacted] ***'s estimate volume was cubic feetThe truck we sent to pick up [redacted] ***'s move is enough for the estimated volume, and moreRegarding the box trucks [redacted] rented,....a foot Box Truck = cubic feet approximately [redacted] rented Box Trucks total: cubic feetThis alone is over the estimate volume that [redacted] has given usThis means after we have picked up [redacted] ***'s Move ( which is a full truck, over cubic feet original estimate) he still have to rent box trucks to complete his Moving outClear to us that [redacted] had way more than what he suggested to usOn the same day of the move, our crew stayed and helped [redacted] packing his foot rental Box Truck after they have finished loading our truck for no additional charge or feeAll because our foreman wanted to do something good and help out [redacted] and [redacted] to ease their stressNO OTHER COMPANY WILL DO THAT FOR FREEOn top of that, [redacted] conveniently forgot to mention we left him a Hand truck for him to load his 2nd rental foot Box truck that he has not return to us on the day we made Mr.Card's deliveryWhich he agreed, and promised that he will give back This was not a gift, this hand truck cost us $dollars

at the day of the move at the pick up location we arrived and imediately told [redacted] That he has more items and he is going to need more space for his movehis wife started cursing and sceariming at the workers becuse the difference in the priceat this point the guys walked away to the truck to get back to the ofice [redacted] ran to the truck and asked us to stay and to do the job at the new priceWe agreed to perform that job but with a binding flat price [redacted] agreed to it and signed all the documents before loading the truck.regarding the watch we did ask all the workers and the never saw any watchar this point its only [redacted] word agains the workers but [redacted] did call the office with that issue and we gave him the claim management phone number to proceed with his claim[redacted] ***tel number [redacted] ***

ANSWER: The are delivered by huge tractor trailers Many bigger than the trailer the Out of State mover was driving Therefore, there was no valid reason for my belongings not to be delivered to my front door, my furniture unwrapped, my bedroom and dining room set up It is not my fault if the driver of the tractor trailer that Out of State Movers commissioned was scared and unqualified to deliver the load In fact my husband used to drive a foot tractor trailer up and down this property all the time when he was a long haul trucker I had to scramble and hire a local man's truck and crew to take my belongings up to my front door (at least feet), unwrap my furniture and unload and set up my bedroom and dining room set at a cost $ The Out of State driver and his man did nothing except wait for the cash and return of their blankets We called Out of State several times and they finally agreed to give us a $credit This still doesn't make up for the cost, inconvenience and aggravation we experienced It is not up to the customer to make arrangements for an unqualified worker and amounts to a Breach of Contract on their part I understand that Out of State loaded and drove my belongings from NYC to SC and being a fair person am asking for 25% return of the contract price plus return of the tip which amounts to $2, because they didn't finish the job I would settle for $2,000.I understand that Out of State delivered my belongings on a long haul from Queens, NY to McBee, SC and I, being a fair person, am willing to pay for their services But their driver's inability to do his job resulted in my humble opinion a Breach of Contract Therefore, I am requesting a 25% return of the contract price plus the tipThat comes to $1,plus $for a total of $2, I would settle for an even $2, In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, Lorraine A [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: First of all, u show up on a sunday, when we had agreed for monday, no office informs us but a truck driver (unprofessionalism)As soon as the driver ( [redacted] ) gets into the house on sunday, with a very rude way, like he was a police officer and we had done smth wrong, he checks the staff and says us u have more than the estimateEvthing in the house was what we had told ***(salesman) on the phoneWe asked him to call [redacted] on the phone, as we wanted to clear the situation with him, he tells he cant call him cause is sundayAnother disagreement was the way of payment, he wanted us to pay 50% cash upfront and the rest again cash on deliveryWe told him we weren’t going to pay cash because that’s not what we were told by ***It was at this point when your driver got mad and goes in the truckAnd at this point there is no time for me, to cancel the order with u and hire smone else, cause I had dates fixed on when I needed to be @ my new locationI had to start a job in a fixed dateThat’s why I went and agreed to finish the job, and he agreed to our previously set conditions of paymentI agreed for the job, but not to pay space we didn't use in the truck[redacted] made me sign papers before loading, telling me we’re gonna fill the inventory items when we’re all doneOnce they finish, he tells us we have 600cf, double the estimate and double the priceHe didn’t let us get into the truck and measureAt this time he had also filled the papers leaves those to us, tells us is gonna take days to deliver (when we were told by [redacted] 3-4) and goes his way.When I check the papers he had put in every inventory item, packed by [redacted] when nothing was packed by usWhy u do this ?? because the insurance company u tell , is not an insurance, is a third party who administers the claims for U, and at the end u’re the ones who pays for lost or damaged itemsWhen I read this in the “insurances” web it was to lateThat’s how u lie to people, that’s why he put PBO in the paper, so that u can be coveredAbout the watch :When your packer was packing glasses and other stuff that where in a hutch, my wife asks him where did he put the watch that was inside? He tells “oh I put it in the box” [redacted] was in the the kitchen as well, and he translated , because the packer spoke [redacted] Filling bad, so he doesn’t have to unpack the box, my wife told him to leave it in thereOnce again, we were all, outside the house, when my wife tells me about the watch, and I ask them where did u put the watch?? It was, of them, and of us, and he said he put it in the boxIn front of every one, and nobody else touched that box, just him.Sure you will never accept the fact that your packer did still my watch, and as liars none of your employees will admit itYou gave to me that insurance phone number because you knew that [redacted] never wrote that watch on the list, and you knew that nothing was going to come out from that fake insurance thingdelivery dayThe delivery shows up after daysIt is another company ( [redacted] ***), for which I was never informed by your companyI hire u and u don't even inform me someone else will deliver.When the truck arrives, before unloading We ask the driver we need to check & measure the spaceit ends up, we were using 450cf, and that u had charged us of 150cf more.Thats a big problem, cause I paid u, I agreed to pay, but not for space I didn’t useanyway I have to give the driver the 50% cash, otherwise they won’t unload.As soon as they finish, we open the box, where the watch was supposed to be and it is notImmediately we call and inform u, u just give us the “fake insurance” numberWe call the next day, u tell my wife, we were trying to blackmail and get money out of this, when we never asked for money, we wanted the watch that was stolen in our houseU also accused my wife of lying, cause when she called on monday, u had checked with the [redacted] and he had told u our staff wasn’t delivered yetI called the truck driver that delivered, and he tells me u never called himAnd I have text msg from him , confirming the time of deliveryMonday feb [redacted] 12pmwere done by 1.30-2pmWe call u at 2.38pm.Beside all of these I have pictures of damaged furniture because of the poor way they packed.Once again, I want the refund for the unused space on truck, for the damaged furniture and I want my watch back In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***
