I am rejecting this response because: They have not cancelled my contract and credited back the money The answer they responded with is the cookie cutter "organic relationships" they write on all the complaint replies Bottom line is they did not perform and as a consumer, I have the right to terminate the business relationship with Outbound Engine I hope we can resolve this before it escalates This would not be good for either side

I am rejecting this response because: I have requested in writing, multiple times, and verbally, multiple times to cancel the agreement Outbound engine did not meet terms of agreementFurther more the micro aggressive statements made by *** *** have sealed the deal to cancel with your companyI do not participate in targeting the "right people" to generate leads I am smart enough to know coded communication This behavior is unacceptable and offensive.
I am requesting again that you please cancel my account.
