We, the staff of Mortgage Relief Solutions have been working diligently to resolve this issue with Ms [redacted] I even told her that she could go to the county to record the deed herselfI spoke with her over the phone several timesEric B [redacted] told her that he would fly out to meet with her this weekShe is in a rush to file bankruptcy, however, flight arrangements have to be made and conferences and meeting have to rescheduledMrB [redacted] cannot fly out at the speed of light as Ms [redacted] would likeMRS is working diligently to resolve this matter

My complaint is that I have been forced to file Bankruptcy due to MRS not making the monthly mortgage payments to the mortgagee which is still in my and my wife's nameMy credit has been destroyed and I blame them for not holding up on their end of the agreementNo mention was made to me through any correspondence that they would not keep the mortgage up to date, once I turned the keys over to them

To Mortgage Relief Solutions I will get with my real estate attorney I have waited diligently almost a year for this recording so I have ever erythromycin right to rush now because I been set back waiting on thisI cannot record the transfer of deed/title because according to Eric B [redacted] property m [redacted] per conversation I have the copies I don't have the originals and he prefer to fly down here to record them in case something need to be changeAlso if anything was to happen on the property now I am still liable for everything per conversation with my bankruptcy lawyer and the Newport towne association in which is over the property so yes it's vital that this is done I paid the company $to record the Deed it's going on a yearI still haven't gotten a dateI

I submitted a formal complain to Revdex.com back in November of after receiving a certified letter from my lender notifying me of Foreclosure. After speaking with my lender they advised me that the mortgage was months past due. It was at that time I notified Mortgage Relief Solutions, specifically MsConstance S***, for which I have all email and text message correspondences. She kept trying to assure me that the payments were going to be made; when no action was taken on the account in December, with an approaching Foreclosure date set for January 6th I informed her that I had sought legal counsel and will proceed with legal action to protect myself from foreclosure and potential bankruptcy. I begged and pleaded with her to have Eric B*** call me to explain why the mortgage payments had lapsed and what was being done to resolve the matter but all I got was a run around and no follphone calls

This response from Mortgage Relief Solutions is absurd and it full Lies and accusationsThis is not a response from the owners or operatorsThis is a response from the person who has identified themself to me as their personal assistantThis personal assistant has been a hindrance in the entire time that I had to deal with themSome of these lies were an attempt to discredit meHowever, I have attached all documents that will dispute their claims
They Claim that I insisted they use a certain person named 'John'I have attached an email I sent to them, to not use John for what they wanted doneThe only persons that could legally get the Ni-Cor gas on was Morthgage Relief Solutions and Ni-Cor gas can testify to that
They said they contacted Nationstar that they would make payments when house is repairedI have attached an email from Nationstar that they have never received any communication from Mortgage Relief Solutions during April to September 2015, during the time the mortgage was in default
They said I wanted the house back because of property valuesI have attached an email of when and why I wanted the house backwhich was when they stopped paying the mortgage and allowed the house to go into Foreclosure statusIn addition to the fact, that I had to come up $14,which included legal fees from the morgtgage company
They were hard to reach by phone or email, my phone records and email records show when I called and when I emailed and when they did not respond
They said that when they acquired the property it was under water, and that was true, however, the mortgage was always paid by me n time
They said the current deed to the property reflects the name of Mrs Maria Merrill-Maner and that has not been sent to meThey also have a trust that I have requested to send me back a revocable trust
Eerything that they asked for in the beginning by mail I sent to themThey have not done the same by sending me back via mail, what I need
Finally, I have attached the statement of promises that they sent to me that they would never default in the mortgage and that they would make sure this would not affect my creditThey have done both by affecting my credit on this

After MRS forced us to kick out our tenant out they failed to produce their own tenant for the coldest months of the year which froze our pipes and caused a leakThat still does not give them the excuse to collect rent from their tenant for almost a year and only pay our mortgage twice in that yearThe rest of the money they just pocketed itThey did apply for a forbearance but it was denied by ChaseThe only reason we forced to do this is because they stopped paying the mortgage even though they were collecting money from their appointed tenantAfter the forbearance was denied they did not what to do except to apply for short saleWe have since gotten legal counsel to kick their tenant out or have them pay us because we are $13,late on our mortgage now and our credit is ruinedConsumer Beware...If I can add to this, I most certainly would want to because all of the information they keep copying and pasting are full of LIES.We signed a contract with MRS for them to take over our mortgage and maintenance payments Our credit was pristine and we had our own tenants with NO need for a forbearance We simply wanted to re-locate and wanted to get rid of the headache of being landlords.To be clear, our tenants' lease was NOT up They did NOT want to move and if needed we have supporting documentation that states that our tenants lease was not up until the following March-April of Since MRS wanted to take over by October-November of 2015, they had asked us to follow our lease terms and give our tenants a day notice to move out Constance, who seems to be the only person handling calls, requests, complaints, etc will make up stories, lies and excuses to "misrepresent the truth" We constantly went back and forth on issues and I was calling her every month to find out why they weren't paying the mortgage from day one, even when our tenants were still on the property and never late with payments!At no point did we have any plumbing issues and if we would've, that is something we would have needed to invest in As landlords, we fixed a variety of things from roofing issues to pest control, getting new equipment, cleaning, etc The plumbing issue occurred when a pipe froze and burst during the coldest month of January because a tenant that they had in line to move in bailed out Constance told me that the person decided to move somewhere else and they had to find another tenant In the interim, one of the other owners in the building supposedly threatened to sue them for water damage to their unit, or at least that was Constance's story and the reason they could not pay our mortgage.They NEVER gave us any other options aside from a forbearance, which I fought her on because I did not want our credit ruinedthey did NOT give us any choice in the matter and stated that our credit would not be ruined Also stated that the bank kept "misrepresenting the truth" in terms of reporting late payments and lowering credit score They stated our credit should remain intact once the forbearance would be approved and had us write letters to the credit bureaus which was another waste of time and money; though minimal compared to what we are spending now and the long-term repercussions for their actions For the record, what were the other options MRS provided?? That's new news to me! To note, she has not mentioned any because there were no other options mentioned, so of course they are going to "help" with a forbearance.In addition, we did not cancel the forbearance process which took over ONE YEAR to complete We were rejected as we re-located and did NOT live in the property; something that these real estate "experts" should have known but they wanted to string us along and collect money from their tenant for as long as possible.This scheme may work for someone with already messed up credit or someone declaring bankruptcy who doesn't care about walking away, but to the average working person, with good credit, stay far far away from these people They will make you lose a lot of money, your credit, and a lot of time on nothing.To date, we had to get a lawyer to sue them and file a restraining order so that they will do nothing with our property The tenant they placed in the property is still living there and we have failed to get her to pay rent to us (the rightful owners) as she continues to pay rent to these bozos We are also working on having our lawyer eject her as there is no benefit to having her in the property We are not collecting rent from her and we are now trying to sell the unit as intended All we wanted was to get rid of this property and not spend another dime on it.Unfortunately, now we are over 16k behind on the mortgage, continuing a modification process with the bank, unable to collect rent, and ruined credit.Revdex.com, please be sure you make this response public so that other people can see that they lie and refuse to accept responsibility for their poor business practices

When Mortgage Relief Solutions Inc. acquired said property it was seriously under water. The property value has increased significantly while the property was held by Mortgage Relief Solutions Inc.  We believe when Mrs. [redacted] learned of the increase of property value, she...

immediately began an unrighteous quest to reacquire said property. She has even resorted to sending MRS (Mortgage Relief Solutions) consultants and staff pictures of their homes with death threats attached. The truth is that MRS (Mortgage Relief Solutions) made $13,000 in payments on Mrs. [redacted]’s mortgage. MRS (Mortgage Relief Solutions Inc.) hired Utermark Landscapers to remove trees and leaves, spray weeds, trim bushes and maintain the lawn on the property. MRS (Mortgage Relief Solutions Inc.) also retained the services of licensed contractors to fix, maintain and repair the property.She (Mrs. [redacted] insisted MRS (Mortgage Relief Solutions) utilize her friend John who is 20 minutes from the property to turn the gas on. John was paid $700 to be present and watch the property and when the gas company arrived to turn on the gas (heat). John never showed up at the property for the gas (heat) to be turned on, missing three appointments for the gas to be turned on. As a result of the negligence of John (who was highly recommended by Mrs. [redacted]) the pipes inside the property froze due to lack of heat and burst causing immense water damage. Please click on the attachment above to view the full response.Sincerely,[redacted]
