Hi Carolyn,This complaint is a misrepresentation of the truth. Mr. and Mrs, [redacted] failed to disclose the serious maintenance and plumbing problems that existed in the property located at [redacted] Jersey City, New Jersey. They breached their contract by failing to disclose....

Despite the breach MRS still wanted to help the Mr. and Mrs. [redacted]. MRS gave the [redacted]'s a list of options. Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] agreed to apply for a forbearance. MRS agreed to assists them with the forbearance for free. The forbearance process went on for almost a year. Mrs. [redacted] called Chase bank and cancelled the forbearance. MRS paid for the repairs on the property, however due to extent of damage it took a while to find a tenant that was willing to wait for the work to be completed. MRS is working diligently to resolve this issue. MRS staff are not criminals. All contracts and operations are legal.Best regards,Constance S[redacted]

Below you will find a response from Constance S[redacted] from Mortgage Relief Solutions (MRS) (what a joke that is) regarding the HOA dues that are outstanding on...

the property at [redacted]). She is now claiming, for the first time in over a year of conversing about this topic, that MRS is responsible for all payments, just not the HOA. It's like watching a comedy act with these two (Constance S[redacted] and Eric B[redacted])....... They truly have no idea what they are saying and have no clue what each one is telling clients....... We have been dealing with these two scam artists for over a year now and have had numerous conversations about the HOA payment book and the outstanding HOA dues and never once have they made a claim of not being responsible for any payment associated with the property. I have read the contract Constance, and so has our attorney...and MRS IS responsible for the ENTIRE property per the contract you provided.....question is, have you read it? Because you certainly don't abide by it! These two people (Eric and Constance) really are lower than sm on the bottom of my toilet. They apparently aren't intelligent enough to understand that I keep EVERYTHING!! Maybe Constance S[redacted] can enlighten the AG's Office as to why if she claims that MRS is not responsible for HOA dues on a property they agreed to take over, why I have a saved e-mail from June 2016 where she (Constance S[redacted]) requested that I send her the HOA contact information because the monthly payment book we sent to Eric B[redacted] in February 2016, with all the other final documents, could not be found??? Please Constance, clear this one up for us, because your e-mail doesn't lie (unlike you). Let me make this clear one more time.......I HAVE SAVED EVERY E-MAIL, TEXT MESSAGE AND PHONE CONVERSATION WITH YOUComplaint Background:Mortgage Relief Solutions should be required to assume the mortgage on the property, that way if they miss a mortgage payment or refuse to pay fees associated with the property they have agreed to take over, then it will affect them personally and not us. The only mistake we made was going into business with a scam artist like Eric B[redacted] and Constance S[redacted]. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT YOU AND THEY WILL RUIN EVERYTHING YOU HAVE AND WANT IN THE FUTURE!!
