Outpost Marine Group Reviews (%countItem)

On 4/16/2020, I purchased a NEW pontoon boat with trailer from Outpost Marine Group, 4824 Alt 19, Palm Harbor, Fl, I paid in full, and have possession of the boat and trailer. I was given a Bill of Sale at that time. (Copy of Bill of Sale on request)

All Fees for Title, Registration and Tag (including sales tax) for boat and trailer were included in the final price. I was told that I would be receiving them but to expect some delay by Pinellas DMV, because of Covid. The Pinellas DMV advised me there was a slight delay that occurred to mid- May, then were current.

To date (over three months) I have received nothing. And with them avoiding me after repeated calls prior to first site visit. Two office visits(locking office door on me at one point)
Something is very wrong here!

Confirming my phone message to you this date, I have received on Aug 6, all documents I was waiting 3 1/2 months to receive
I appreciate all of ya'lls help. How do these people get a business
license to operate in Pinellas Co? Their unscrupulous history goes back to
2013!

Outpost Marine Group Response • Aug 10, 2020

As we told Mr., we were waiting on a duplicate MSO from the manufacturer (White River Marine). He has everything now, so not sure what else he wants.

Customer Response • Aug 11, 2020

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
After 3 1/2 months and contacting five gov agencys, the company responded. I now have all documents. Case closed

I should have filled this out last year as they were purchasing supplies from our detail supply company for their store in Sarasota. They stuck our small business with 3 invoices and would never even correspond about anything. I heard they might have changed their names and still be doing business now. The owner is Virgil G G., so be aware as Northpoint Commercial Finance LLC brought a suite against them last year. You have to leave a rating, and I give them a zero.

I purchased a boat from the business and paid in full. The business is unresponsive as to when the title and registration forms will be filed.
I saw the boat listed on BoatTrader and contacted the business salesman Braden. The boat was delivered on October 12, 2019 and full payment was made. The business was to provide transfer of title, payment of FL sales tax, and registration for the boat. Repeated calls to the salesman, dealership have been unproductive.

Desired Outcome

Please complete the transaction as soon as possible.

Outpost Marine Group Response • Dec 05, 2019

As of today's date - 12/5/19 - Mr. registration has been completed and the boat has been registered in his name. If he purchased it outright, he will receive a title within 2 weeks. Verification attached. Thank you.

Customer Response • Jan 19, 2020

All documents have been received. Thank you

Brian D. has promised and failed numerous times to provide a temporary tag to legally operate a motorcycle purchased from his dealership.
I purchased a motorcycle through Brian D. Outpost dealership via winning bid on eBay. I picked up the motorcycle on October 3, 2019 and was given a 30 day temp tag to use until the title Was to arrive at my house. The 30 day temp tag expired without me receiving title to obtain plates to ride the motorcycle. After numerous calls and questions about the title I was promised a new temp tag to drive on for the month of November. I called 5 to 6 times inquiring about the temp tag and was promised it would be mailed and or overnighted and a copy emailed... all failed to be true. Brian has made numerous promises to make good on this issue and has failed at every occurrence. I have been very patient but his obvious lying and false promises have led to a very unsatisfied customer.

Desired Outcome

I believe a refund of the pre-delivery fee of $299.00 would be appropriate considering they have failed to do their job as a dealership. To provide adequate customer service and stand behind their legal obligation to provide licensing / Title within a reasonable amount of time

Outpost Marine Group Response • Dec 02, 2019

I have since been in contact with Mr. in regards to the delay in completing his registration. The original title was misplaced by either us or the agency responsible for handling our titlework. In any case, we have applied for a duplicate, obtained one, and as of today (12/02), Mr. titlework is being processed directly at out local tax collector's office. We should have the work completed and returned to us by the end of this week and Mr. Fadden will have it sent next-day via UPS to him as soon as we receive it back. We appreciate his consideration and patience in working with us on this.

Customer Response • Dec 13, 2019

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
Brian made good on his word and completed the paperwork so my title was eventually delivered. I will give Brian credit he always answered his phone. I'm now Satisfied and I consider the matter closed to my satisfaction.

14 months and still no trailer registration or bimini top! Manager Brian very crassly made every excuse! The boat was useless after 30 day tag expired
8/11/18 Sea trial captain breaks the bimini top. Manager Pete, owner's nephew and I shake hands on an agreed price. Pete rudely recants our deal, he wants to keep the trailer and offers a new 2019 trailer. The sea trial captain just showed us how built this trailer was! Upset, I visibly cried in front of everyone there, I said no and was leaving. Pete gets David on the phone. He apologized, we accepted and agreed to a trailer swap and the repaired bimini. That NEVER happened! Weeks later we received a boat title and a registration to a mystery trailer! Called Ann Marie, she referred us to Brian, now Pete's gone! Explained everything to Brian, he said he would look into it and "get back to me"! Infamous lie! Never a call back in 13 months! I have each phone call documented if necessary. 10/18 Brian states he's very busy! 11&12/18, Brian keeps losing my current vin and mystery vin. He states the ordered mystery registration belongs to a trailer that is too short?! And he's still looking for the bimini! I told him we can't use the boat with my special needs son in the sun w/o the top and I can't trailer the boat on an expired 30 day tag or the mystery license plate! Another 12/18 morning, he said he would call me right back!" Not! I called back a couple hours before closing, he told me "I need to calm down!" Trust me, not warranted, because I called twice in one day he said that. Unreal! He also said "none of this is keeping us from using the boat!" WHAT!? 12/18 we ask for reimbursement in full if Brian can not provide the top and 2019 trailer. Brian offers to consider the full return less the improvements we made to the boat. This was clearly a ploy to buy more time and patience from us! 3/19, Sure enough, we ask is now a good time to bring it back since it's too difficult for them to resolve? He goes off very rudely and usual crassly "why would I give you your money back?!" 4/19 Brian comes up with "how about if you keep that trailer and we'll fix the top and give you this trailer registration"?! Ok Brian, thank you. 5/19, nothing, call Brian, he asks for the type of connector holding the bimini top on. I sent him a pic of the connector on the boat! Then he thought it was only a half bimini! It's a full bimini top! He says "he will personally verify it's repaired, no holes and ready to properly attach!" 6&7/19 Nothing, nice receptionist Sarah is in the middle and is the only reason we haven't sued for aggravation and missed boating days! I call and Christine is "looking at the bimini in the back room and will mail it first thing tomorrow!" Nothing! 7/19, I call, Brian now is stating "he heard from two people we received the bimini and refused it because of not liking the color!" WHAT?! We never saw it after day one when they broke it! "And Christine is no longer here!" Early 8/19, I call and Brian has Sarah tell us "ours and a bunch of registrations are going to the title bureau today!" 8/19 we drive over (3 hours distance) to pick up the registration. Now Brian states "it never came in and will be 3 more days and Paul will order the new bimini Monday! Ok ***?!" "Also, the original top has been repurposed or something and is no longer here!" LOST? WHAT?! We uninvited walk into owner David's office! Again he's "apologizing... how he will make it right!" He says "he's selling the company because of his health!" Tell him after a few months of this aggravation we hated the boat and wanted to sell it! Next call, Brian states "he's sick of me and my drama and he'll have our registration and bimini by the end of the week!" Nothing! Now Sarah is gone?! Next calI I ask for Owner David as advised by the other location manager that knows of Brian's "incompetent reputation!" Receptionist talks to David and says "the new top is in and we'll ship it!" Nothing! This is so summarized! I don't know that a new top and registration can fix this! The boat has been sitting for a year and now has problems! They must be stopped, we are not alone!!!

Desired Outcome

Timely: 1) Replaced full/double Bimini top. Correct mounting, color, zipper for eisenglass, snaps and boot! Everything it had! 2) Registration for this trailer and placed in the correct name! 3) Boat title be checked for authenticity! 4) Boat title be placed in the correct name! 5) Mechanical issues looked at from sitting 12 months!

Boat reg took 5 wk/ trailer still not complete even though paid for, business office advised me to break law and use boat/trailer exp tags
Purchased Boat 7/19/19, Reg. Not complete until 5 weeks, didn't receive the registration and tags until 8/22/19.trailer still not complete,as of 8/26 ,money was paid to get done, service still not complete. Multiple calls made to business regarding this, was advised to just use boat and trailer with expired tags , on every call was advised it was being processed, however 1 business day prior to expiration was told the title was not signed in correct spot and would be longer, again advised me to just go ahead use the boat illegally. I was in the Florida keys for vacation at the time, and I am well aware of the law & try to abide by it. Trailer transfer still not processed, I asked for. A refund so that I make get it complete so I can continue to use my boat, was advised again "in process"

Desired Outcome

Just wanted to file complaint

Outpost Marine Group Response • Sep 23, 2019

9/23/19 This response was taken verbally by the Revdex.com. Business states that the registration was sent 8/21/19 and considers this resolved.

This group dumped their old google profile which had terrible reviews and created a new one to look like they don't swindle people.

Also, most of the positive reviews are from associates of the company.

Purchased this Bentley 2011 boat that showed up in terrible condition and a motor from 2006. Motor did not work, summer was ruined.

Owner offered to fix some things but refused to return money. I am filing a lawsuit to get my money returned.

Do not purchase or deal with this company, they don't operate honestly, nor do they work to fix the issue if you are from out of state. They will reply to your review as though they care, but they don't.

Photos of boat condition included. Knew I was buying a used boat, obviously, website photos did not show any of this damage, rot, nor reflect that motor was 5 years older than the boat. Flooring is rotten, deck platform is rotten, radio doesn't work and on and on and on...

Purchased boat 6/21/19 as of 8/18/19 have not received title or registration. Which I paid for. Boat is paid off.
Purchased boat 6/21/19, was told boat had new lower seals, sea trial went fine. Took boat home, next day noticed leak from lower end, called Eric sales manager, told me to take boat out and see if it leaked which it did. Took boat back for repair, Eric said they would take care of it. During the two weeks it took to repair lark I called numerous times asking about title & reg. Was told various reasons not having it. Finally called main office and asked to talk to the manager of both locations. Talked to Brian at the location in Tampa 8/12/19 told him about the problem, said he would mail out the plate and title on Tue. Called Thursday to see if it was mailed, was told no that I would receive it by Saturday the 8/17/19. Did not get.

Another problem, the 2017 van we had did not have a towing package like I thought due to the trailer hitch that was installed. Van did not have a towing package, due to the safety factor I decided to sell and lease a van that had the towing package.
So now I have a new van with a boat with no title or registration.

Desired Outcome

I would accept title and registration which I paid 249.00 dollars for. My wife is mad and wants full refund plus cost of new van which we would not have needed if not for the boat. I would be satisfied with either

Customer Response • Aug 28, 2019

Received title and registration, complaint has been satisfied.
Thanks

Buisness has never sent me a check for the consignment sale of my trailer as agreed to at time of boat purchase in May 2018.
Outpost Marine has my trailer or has sold my trailer on consignment. I have been told numerous times I would receive a check for this sale. I have called every month since June of 2018 and continue to be told it will be sent. I have spoken with Brian, Paul, Cristina and Michelle numerous times. Each call is a different story but never results in the check being sent. My calls are not returned and a check has not been received, On 8/6/19 I visited in person and spoke with Paul F. who assured me this check would be cut and sent.It wasn't. On 8/7/19 I emailed Paul and the owner David and have received no reply.

Desired Outcome

Outpost Marine simply needs to send me a check for for the trailer is has sold on consignment.

Not paying off Loan
We put our boat on consignment if February 2019. On 5/27/19 We noticed that our boat was not on the property or on the site to be sold. We called Outpost at 10:45 am. They said they would have someone call us back with 45 min. At 2:00 we decided to drive there and talk to someone in person, due to the fact no one called us. We spoke with Brian, he stated the boat sold 3 days prior (on 5/24/19). That I had a remainder due, to pay in the next day or two. And they would issue the payment to our bank. On 5/29, I went in about 5:30 Pm first I spoke with Christine, she could not find any information on the boat, when it was sold or even a file, I then spoke with Brian again. He took my payment for the remainder due, which was over $2000, and would have all paperwork ready for us, showing what they received for the boat and that the payment would be made either on 5/30 or 5/31 at the latest. On 6/4 my husband went in to speak with someone that evening, they acted as if they had no information on our boat.
So I called on 6/5 I again spoke with Brian about the payment. He stated that Christine was out due to a family emergency, and was unable to make the payment in a timely manner, but they have received the payment last week. That it would be made the following day. On 6/7 my husband went in and spoke again with Brian, he "called" our bank, received the wiring information, and assured the payment would be wired by the end of the day. And we would receive an email stating this was paid in full.

On 6/11/19, I called and spoke with Christine at 10:45 she informed me that she would call me back in 45 minutes. I never received this call. So I called David about 5:15 pm, and stated very calmly that I felt as though I was getting the run around about a payment for my boat. He then got Very rude and stated they just received the payment the day before, and the payment would be sent first thing in the morning of 6/12/19, before I could respond, David hung the phone up on me.

I called again to speak with Christine a few more days, she again stated that she would call me back in 30-45 min with the information. I again never received this call.

On 6/26/19 a payment came out. Therefore I am paying on a boat that has been sold. On 6/29/19, my husband and I spoke with Brian yet again, and told him the dates we have been told this payment would go through. Christine came out with a copy of a Check they "sent" out on 6/5/19, that was dated for 6/2/19 (Christine said this check was sent by UPS, because they do not send in direct mail, due to the fact that they get lost, and to call my bank with this check number to find out if it was applied to the wrong account) with a payoff that was almost $3000 less than the payoff. I looked at this and now I am more frustrated, and explained that 1. why would you mail a check out on 6/5/19, that was supposed to be sent on 5/31, wired on 6/7/19 and yet again sent on 6/12/19, and 2. the amount does not even add up to the pay off balance. Brian is now back tracking stating that they did receive this check back, and it was written to the wrong account number. And this was what the new owners paid. My husband and I explained to Brian that we are done with this conversation, he now has stolen property, due to fact that he sold this boat, who knows how long prior to the date that we were informed with all of the deceitful lies we have been given from day one. While I was on the phone with my bank, Brian was again on the phone with my bank getting pay off and tracking information and has promised the boat would be paid on Monday by Wire, and I would receive a call from him directly as soon as the wire was sent. It is now 7/1/19, and I have yet to receive this call, with the wire information.

Desired Outcome

I would like this boat paid in full, and documentation showing how much the boat and trailer were actually sold for. With all of the lies I have received, I do not believe they sold the boat for the amount stated. And they received more funds than first told to us. I would like this documentation from them directly.

Wire was sent and received by US BANK NA for their loan. Confirmation attached.

I traded in a Harley. I signed the new contract for the Boat on 04/15/19 and the Harley has still not been paid off.
I closed the loan on the Boat on 4-15-19. I traded in a Harley. As of today 05/13/19 - the Harley has still not been paid. When I call in - I get the run around. They tell me that the loan hasn't funded, that it takes time, that it will be done tomorrow. However, it is still not done. I owe a payment on the Boat now and they Harley still has a loan balance. They take zero responsibility and just tell me - it will be done tomorrow.
Also - when I picked up the Boat - they sent me home with no temp tags. And, no gas in the Boat. I had to go to the dealership on two separate trips to get the temp tags.

Desired Outcome

I want my Harley paid off. It has almost been 30 days and it is still not done. I want them to stop lying and take care of the issue.

The Watkins traded in a 2014 Harley-Davidson Electra Glide motorcycle on a Tracker boat we had for sale. Their deal took about 20 days to fund, after which, we submitted the payoff for the motorcycle. HD Financial may take a few business days to process the payment, but it has been sent. We are in need of title anyway because their trade-in motorcycle has been sold.

I left a message for Mr. and spoke with his wife earlier about it and also offered a complimentary service discount for the other delivery issues (lack of fuel in boat, etc.)

I am available to discuss this or any other aspect of this transaction at any time directly at ***-***-3097. Thank you.

I was told yesterday that the funds would be sent electronically to Harley. They were not. They overnighted a check. I have been told so many different stories. We were told 2 weeks ago that the check was sent, and then again last week and then again yesterday. They were well aware that we were under a timeframe. I have my Installment loan paperwork and no where does it state that it will take 30 days to fund my loan.

The dealership sent a payment to Harley - 30 days after I signed the purchase/sales agreement with them. They did not send enough to pay off the Bike. And, they didn't even send the amount to Harley that was on my purchase and sales agreement that they agreed to. I have been calling the office for Christina and texting her since Monday. She will not return a call or text to discuss this matter. When I call - they tell me she is in and when I give them my name - they refuse to call back. This is no way to handle a customer service issue.

Outpost Marine Group Response • Aug 31, 2019

Customer's desired resolution has been met.

Bought new boat in 2017. Repairs were needed with a year of having boat. The gel coat was cracking . The gauges on console were full of moisture.
Purchased a 2016 Star Craft Center console Brand new from OutPost Marine Group. Tried to register boat and trailer within 30 days of purchase . DMV informed me that the trailer was already registered to another boat owner . So I contacted Ann Marie about this issue . Ann Marie stated that this was not there problem and advised to go back to Dmv . So thinking I may have made a mistake I did so . Dmv stated again that the the trailer was still registered to someone else. I called Ann Marie and she then informed me she would look into the matter. Received a call back 3 days later from Ann Marie , she said that the trailer they sold us with the boat was from a boat a previous customer had purchased . So between 12/21/2017 to 02/10/2018 the boat was unusable .

Desired Outcome

I am having several issues with my Star Craft boat that i currently brought to your attention . I have brought this boat in twice now and the problems i asked to be resolved have not been resolved. Derrick from parts and service assured me that they were all taken care of . He lied to me and am not happy about anything with OutPost Marine .

Mr. brought his Starcraft center console boat to our dealership for service. Mr. was concerned that some electrical options on the boat were not functioning correctly. Our service department diagnosed the root cause to be a battery that the customer installed with a cold cranking amperage (CCA) below minimum requirements. We replaced that battery with a new house battery with correct CCA, retested all equipment, and found all equipment to be 100% functional.

We informed Mr. of our diagnosis and asked if he would like us to replace the battery for him with a correct one. He replied, no, that he would like us to reinstall his own battery and he will obtain one on his own. He paid his invoice, picked up his boat, and did not inform us of any dissatisfaction at the time.

If Mr. would like a free battery with the correct CCA instead of paying for one, we will give him a free battery for his troubles.

Missing table parts and Owner's manual for Starcraft EX18 C 2019.
Have requested missing hardware parts for boat table and owner's manual with warranty information for 8 weeks since the boat was delivered. No return emails from Brian D. Ops Director,Derek in parts and calls go directly to voicemail. The original sales Rep has since quit since simular actions to other customers and not being paid commisions from boat sales.

Desired Outcome

The missing parts for the table top attachment to the post and the owner's manual for the 2019 Starcraft EX18 C.

Outpost Marine Group Response • Apr 05, 2019

We have Mr. bracket for his table. Our parts manager, Derek, as well as our General Manager, Paul, have left him several messages with no return call. Also, Starcraft does not publish an owner's manual specific to an EX18 model, only a generic pontoon-class of boat operator's manual published by Ken Cook Co. and NMMA. He can request a copy here: https://www.nmma.org/certification/products/owners-manuals

Customer Response • Apr 06, 2019

Brian D. of Outpost Marine Group has contacted me on 4/6/19 (below) and the matter is resolved. Thank you.

4/6/19
Derek and Paul both said they have been trying to call you regarding the bracket for the table.

What is your address? I'll just send it out myself

Also, Starcraft doesn't publish an owner's manual specific to the EX18 model; they sometimes include a generic NMMA-published pontoon manual. Would you like one of those?

Also, please just call me directly if you aren't getting anywhere with anyone else. My numbers are below. Thanks.

Mr. purchased this boat as a trade-in from a mutual customer. The gentleman who traded it in provided us an out-of-date title that was superseded by a newer copy. We had to make the effort to get a further duplicate title to confer ownership. As of three weeks ago, this had been completed and Mr. has since received his registration. We consider this matter closed. Supporting documents attached

according to the tag agency when I went and got them to tag myself here in Jacksonville they got the registration on February 5th I did not receive it until March 1st ups and which was after after y'all sent them the complaint I received the tag and all but by then I had already went to the tag agency here two weeks before and gotten a tag and registration because they kept giving me the run-around I have gotten my attorney involved and I'm demanding all of my money back. I bought boat on Dec 18 2018 and didn't receive tags fo almost 3 months

Outpost Marine Group Response • Mar 08, 2019

Outpost Marine Group paid to register his boat and also taxes on his boat. The documents sent have those totals on them. Why would we refund money that was spent in earnest registering Mr. boat? Mr. lack of understanding of what was explained is beyond me.

I purchased a new boat via the web, paid for it in full. Upon viewing the boat is in poor condition. I asked for a refund, was told can't, no money-
In October of 2018 I was negotiating the purchase of a pontoon boat with the Outpost salesman, Mark C. I was told the boat is a brand new 2017 leftover. I sent a check for $55,943.70 which was cashed. I went to view the boat 6 weeks later and was shocked to see the very poor condition it was in. I complained that this was fraudulently misrepresented and demanded a refund. I was asked to view other boats they had for sale. The prices were too far for me to afford so I requested a refund. I was told by their manager, Brian D. that the money I paid was used to pay the "floor-plan" off and that I would have to wait until the boat was refurbished and resold in order for me to get a refund. He also stated that the company was having cash-flow issues. I told him this was illegal since I never ordered a custom boat, I never took title and the boat was not in new condition. His reply was, "I was told by the owner to tell you this."

Desired Outcome

I am seeking a 100% refund. I cannot wait months for them to retro the boat and sell it. Their cash-flow problems are not my problems.

I was told this boat was a demo only used a few times. It has rotting wood and wiring indicative of a boat with heavy use and neglect
I bought a boat here and was told it was a left over only used for demo a few times there were several blemishes in the decking and other areas that I told would be fixed. On the first trip out with my boat it didn't start. Thinking it was the batteries, I took a picture of the batteries so when I bought a new battery I could wire it accordingly and this still didn't get it going. Brandon ( sales manager at the time) was nice enough to meet me at the ramp and try to get it going. When he couldn't he took the boat back to outpost to get fixed. I was told the batteries were dead this was a lie because the batteries were wired different when the boat came back. They did reimburse me for the battery.
The second trip all the electronics shut off. I was told the main power cable had corroded away. I asked what would cause that they said I didn't flush it good enough I said its 3 weeks old and only been out twice. they said it may have not been flushed by them properly after a demo.
The third trip out the seat fell off due to wood rot this made me seriously question the demo only and began to think it was used for a year and sold to me as a left over. I talked to Pete and told him a 50000 dollar boat shouldn't just fall apart and I believe the boat either sank or was heavily used and sold to us as new. He said he has a 300000 dollar boat and it breaks all the time. Pete seemed extremely pretentious and insinuated these kind of problems should be expected but assured me the boat did not sink. Not that I would believe anything out of Petes mouth unless it's confessing to a lie but I digress.
The fourth trip out one of the toggles, the radio and the fresh water pump stopped working after bringing it in for service it spent about 3 weeks and so far they have had the boat more this summer than me. Almost everything out of their mouth has been a lie I was told that the decking would be ordered and upon my first service they could install it however here it sits three months later and there is no decking.
My friend bought a boat there the same time as me and after the first run the bolts that secure the out board were. Hanging out of the transom. I have pictures of all these.
I assume that there reply will be something to the effect of they are rectifying the problem, they can't control Starcraft's quality but I assure you that their Revdex.com D- rating is well earned. Additionally any rebuttal to this can be summed up with I have been making payments on a boat that they have had more than me so it would be hard for me to put the wear seen on this boat when I don't have it to use it. Out of 3 months of ownership it has spend a month and a half there and I have spent 8 hours driving back and forth. There is no attempt to compensate me such as we will pick it up and drop it off. The best I got is they will meet me 1/2 way to pick up and drop off. At this point this boat has traits indicative of heavy use and neglect and I make insurance and boat payments on something I don't have. No call from the owner of this business or anyone attempting to make things right.

Desired Outcome

Lemon law

All of Mr. issues are warranty items that are pending resolution from Starcraft. As dealer, we are beholden to the manufacturer to both validate warranty claims and subsequently provide replacement parts (if necessary) for us to complete the work.

It was made very clear to Mr. that - despite being backlogged with service work as it is peak boating season - we were going to ensure his boat was accepted and service proceeded with, although it would take approximately 2-3 weeks for us to get to his boat. Despite this, Mr. continues to call for daily updates regardless if we've made progress with work or not.

I have personally spoken with Mr. concurrent with him submitting this 'complaint' and informed him that all of the warrantiable parts that need repair on his boat (namely the freshwater pump, bilge pump control, radio, and Seadek) were on order from Starcraft. He will be advised both when his parts come in and also when his boat is ready for pickup.

No boat should have wood rot when it is only months old. Additionally the decking was supposed to be ordered back in May When we purchased the boat. I've never heard of anybody having corrosion issues with the wiring when a boat is eight months old.

They refuse to honor the warranty that came with the boat it has been dropped off to them broken and returned to me in the same condition.
I have dropped the boat off to them several times to fix the same problems and they say it is done but it is not. The most recent time it was dropped off at my home broken. I have fixed the majority of problems myself. One was a safety concern that the trailer had negative tongue weight causing the truck to sway violently as it was towed however they didn't care. Upon receiving this complaint they will say we have contacted him to fix the issue but this is a lie I never hear from them.

Instead of communicating with us by contacting our office or our service department, Mr. has instead chosen to communicate AT us via social media and the Revdex.com.

If Mr. has any remaining warranty issues, we would be happy to submit them to the manufacturer for correction/repair. 727-939-8900 x1000

I bought a boat from them and I didn't receive my title and registration for almost 3 months now.
I bought my boat from them on March 10. After 1 month, I called Ann-Marie because I didn't get my title and registration. she told me it's with the DMV and I should get it in 10 days.

After 10 days, I called her back and she informed me that she will check my file and call me back.

After couple of days, I didn't receive any call from her so I had to call Brian the manager who informed me that the boat had a lien and they just paid it (after 40 days from cashing my check) and they will send me my title and registration in a week to 10 days.

I had to call several times because after 10 days the lien wasn't removed and Brian the manager was very rude over the phone and he never called me back for any update.

Finally, after checking the DMV website every day for 2 weeks to see if the lien had been removed, I saw that the lien was removed on Saturday May 12. After 1 week, I still didn't receive anything, so I called Brian the manager on Friday May 18 and he continued to be rude and he didn't give me any information.

On Monday May 21, I called Ann-marie again since I don't want to deal with Brian the manager anymore and she informed me that Brian will go next day (Tuesday 22) to the DMV to finish my papers and I should get it by the end of the week. I went today (Wednesday May 23) to the DMV and they informed me that no one submitted anything and the boat is still under the previous owner's name.

Desired Outcome

I want to receive my title and registration as soon as possible. They weren't too busy to cash my check the day after I wrote it, and they promised me to have my title within 30 days. I am now almost 3 months after having the boat with no title and expired registration.

Purchase deposit not refunded as promised
I gave Outpost Marine Group a deposit of $500 on January 28, 2018 for the purchase of a new boat. The sale did not go through due to financing. I was assured by my sales representative Bill Boozer that it would be refunded to my credit card, however it has been over 2 months now with no refund issued. I have called both the salesman and office numerous times, been promised a refund but I have yet to receive the refund as promised.

Desired Outcome

Refund of my $500 deposit.

Outpost Marine Group Response • Apr 23, 2018

Please have the customer contact me directly with her CC information so I can confirm whether or not the deposit was refunded. If it was not, we will credit it immediately.
