Review: On October 9th I contacted Overall Supply, Inc; indicating that I had received an invoice for a product I did not recognize, nor could I find anyone in our organization that had ordered. On October 12th I received a call back from an individual who indicated that the order had been placed on September 17th by Chef [redacted]. I communicated to this individual that we did not have an employee by that name and that I had asked our Chef about this product; he did not recognize it, the vendor or ever placing an order for it. As a response the individual offered to let me keep the order at a 50% one-time discount. I instantly realized this was a cheap scam, a legitimate vendor would be more concerned about having gotten the order to the correct customer than pushing a short term sale. I indicated that I wanted the invoice withdrawn immediately. I was then informed that the product had already been delivered to which I indicated we had not received anything of the like. I received a call back 10 minutes with confirmation that the item had been shipped via UPS and had been signed for by one of our associates. After speaking with the associate and scouring the building I can find no product and want nothing to do with this sleezy company.Desired Settlement: I expect this invoice rescinded and no further contact.

I am rejecting this response because: Chuck Henderson with Overall Supply has failed to affirm that the invoice issued will be rescinded. Short of this action we continue to feel that Overall Supply employs deceptive sales practices and is demanding payment for an item we have not ordered nor use. Overall Supply has so far made no effort to effectively resolve the matter.

I am rejecting this response because: Vendor continues to manipulate facts related to the order being placed; name of person placing the order has magically changed after several notifications that the person indicated does not work here. Suggestion of unethical behavior on our part is highly offensive, most especially from a company that has feedback for unethical sales tactics on the Revdex.com site. As a hotel we receive many packages for many people, we sign for lots of packages that are not addressed to employees as this is part of delivering guest service. As assured previously, we have not used this product and if we find it we will immediately contact vendor to collect it. We have no interest in profiting from this silliness and any suggestion to the contrary is absurd. As I have repeatedly expressed, resolution on this matter will only come when the vendor voids, credits or eliminates invoice number [redacted].
