Toyota door hinges
I bought door hinges for 97 Toyota from eBay and Overdrive had the top one and Galaxy had the other. Apparently, my account was frozen as I logged on with new computer. After fixing password, I looked and order had not gone through so I re-ordered, and yes, I ended up with two of everything. Overdrive was understanding and offered me a full refund with no shipping costs. Galaxy fought me tooth and nail. Bottom line, is I will stay with Overdrive in the future!

Wrong part
I ordered a part for a motorcycle and got a part for a diesel truck. That's crazy.

This company sent the wrong part. Had me return it at my expense with no reimbursement. Only gave me a partial refund on the part and on PAY PAL.
These guys are crooks. Don’t do any business with them if your smarter than I was. I had to buy my part from a reliable local business and regret ever using eBay.com to try to save some money.

This order is from over months agoThe buyer's vehicle has different features then the item we have listedTheir vehicle has tow hooks and our listing is for vehicles without tow hooksWe had previously provided the buyer with the return information and they did not return the itemThey have

The item purchased was from almost a year agoWhen the buyer contacted us we informed them that the item appeared to be damaged with a chemical cleaning agent, however, they may contact the manufacturer to see if they would be able to assist them furtherThe buyer has acknowledged that they
were dealing with the manufacturer directly for an exchange and not our companySince the manufacturer may have authorized an exchange the buyer will neeed to follow up with them as any warrnaty claims are filed with them directly

The item does not show to fit on the buyers vehicle based on the listing description on [redacted]. The return information has been provided to the buyer already. A refund will be provided once the item is returned. For items sent correct as described, the shipping is not covered.
