I am rejecting this response because: You have only responded to two of my 5 emails, your company has yet to return a phone call and I did not ask for a refund. I asked for my...

product FIRST then a refund if you could explain why I did not have my product. your email and customer service is very Unprofessional. you show to have no concert for the customer. I requested to have the business return my call and they have yet to do so. your response was " we have been in contact with the customer" no you have not, you sent an email saying you issued a refund. how about calling a customer back? like I said I have left several messages and no return phone call. you as a business did not even try to make it right with me as a customer!

I am rejecting this response because the business refused to pay return shipping costs, when I specifically told them that I did not want to pay $300 for a bumper that I could have purchased for $80.
