Justin, the Overhead Door specialist who did the job, was very professional. It wasn't a typical garage door problem since our garage door is custom-made with glass panels and is quite heavy. He suggested and implemented effective solutions for our particular problem. He went out of his way to make sure the job was finished on the same day, even though he had to get out for additional parts in the middle of the job. He spent approximately 7 hours overall to do this very challenging repair to our complete satisfaction. An outstanding performance!
