Overhead Door serviced our existing doors for many years. We just had them install a new door and had a superb experience. Terrence, the install technician, is a true expert. His work is neat and precise, and he 100% cleaned up after his work, we are lucky he did our install. The new door and system is much, much quieter, faster, and smoother than our old wood door and opener.

The repair technician was very knowledgeable, highly skilled and efficient. He was very polite and able to answer all of my questions regarding the job.

I had a great experience with overhead door. They came out on a sunday to fix my door. My job actually required a brand new door, and they quoted be a good price that included labor and hauling the old door. I checked with 2 other companies and they were comparable or better. When I had a problem with the garage door opener after the door was installed, they came back out and fixed it right away. Very professional, very nice staff.

December 18th, 2014Dear Revdex.com,On Sunday, November 23rd, 2014 we received a service request on our website from [redacted] stating,
  We backed into the bottom panel of our Overhead Door garage door and several of the hinges connecting the bottom panel to the panel...

above it have come loose. We     are interested in repair services to fix the panels. Can you provide an estimate?We responded to this request via telephone on Monday, November 24th, 2014 and again on Tuesday, November 25th, 2014 leaving a voicemail. On the morning of December 10th, 2014, Our Office received a call back from the customer and a service call was scheduled for the same day. Upon arrival to the property, our technician determined the bottom three sections were beyond repair, collected our base service fee of $120 which was discussed when the service call was placed, and a salesman was scheduled to visit the home the following day, Thursday, December 11th at 12:30pm. The customer was made aware that the $120 fee could be applied to any future purchase of sections or a new door. Upon arrival, our salesman confirmed the bottom section and two intermediate sections had been damaged beyond repair. The particular model of door consisted of pop riveted hinges which were factory installed and no longer manufactured. As a result, the salesman provided the customer a quote for a new door which included a deduction of $120.
Under no circumstance did we suggest to the customer we offer free residential service estimates. Our rates were fully disclosed when the initial service request was scheduled and we were able to provide same day service in an attempt to quickly remedy the customer's issues. We make strong efforts to always provide customers the best service with reasonable pricing, and as a result we are unable to provide a salesman for residential service estimates. In most cases, our service trucks are properly stocked to make residential repairs on the first visit and the customer receives prompt repairs at a reasonable price. Furthermore, nowhereon our website or on the customer request email does it mention free quotes, as suggested by the customers complaint.
We have been in touch with the customer and refunded the fee as requested. We hope to have the opportunity to do future business with this customer.

Overhead Door technicians perform their jobs efficiently and quickly. I've purchased an auto door opener many years ago and have been pleased with it. Today's repair to my very old garage door will keep it going for several years to come.

Almost ready to sell my house with a garage-door opener that had never had a problem until others did something to it, it crashed to the floor and became an emergency. This company was recommended to me by our local hardware store; I called from the car, made an appointment for the following day (for my convenience, but they would have come the same day). A very polite, competent, and hard-working man tried to fix it but found a broken part that couldn't be replaced, and installed a brand new door with extra safety features I hadn't had before, a modern remote, and solved my problem. I only wish I'd called them when I was living there!

Installer did a fantastic job. Everything was done with precision, very squared away. took great care to assure door worked smoothly and seals were snug.
